Being a new member, I couldn't help but notice the attentive lifeguards, how well the pool was maintained and appreciated that toys were permitted for children and pool 'noodles' for any age. The music was a nice touch and that you could also bring your own snacks in. Their guest policy is fair as well. If there were any suggestion I could offer it would be to have a larger clock displayed outside. (Not everyone wears their glasses IN the pool.) ?

This pool is very unprofessional and ghetto. They were being very racist and rude to me. Then accused me of lying about my age!! The life guards are also very rude too. When I ordered a sandwich from Wawa and got it delivered I notified the front desk and they had attitude . When I received my sandwich it was absolutely squished and the lifeguard just threw it at me.

The pool was very nice and the staff was friendly. I thought it was cool they had a ramp, steps, and ladders going into the pool. It felt pretty accessible

Perfect setting and pool has had some working improvements over the past five years. Shade and Sun mix is perfect. Need more umbrellas and an outdoor shower

This pool used to be good when it wasn’t run by the YMCA because the pool now is way too strict. The prices are also doubled what they used to be because the YMCA only wants your money. Also they make you take swim tests and just a whole bunch of other stuff that make it not as fun as it could be.

As the supervisor of the pool, I can say that we strive for a safe environment for all to swim and have fun. The YMCA is proud to serve the community of Middletown to bring about youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

they are so unprofessional, they don’t even watch the kids, i had to help this young black gentleman across the pool bc he was drowning. they pool signs are coming off so you can’t even tell how much ft it is!!!!‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️‍♂️
