I’ve been here almost 2 years and all of a sudden there was roaches ? where they come from I have no idea. The maintenance have no knowledge of how to fix or repair most of the repairs my tub was okay until the guy came to unclogged it now I have to use a stopper I’ve done a work order but it stated it was complete. Also when you call the office nobody our was standing inside calling them face to face nobody answered. So do the numbers work or does it go straight to the voicemail. The office staff needs to have a class in management training attitudes are awful. The wash room is in need of repair for the washers and dryers. I see that the owner just say the same to the reviews nothing is being done at all but every month they want rent on time?

This place was infesteddddddd with roaches no matter how many pest people how my bombs they just kept coming back you tell maintenance nothing happened thankfully we just bought a house no big in sight couldn’t wait to get out of here. The maintenance team is slow and just fixes stuff temporarily. The apartments have mold and leaks. The bathroom above us literally caved in and leaked all over our bathroom and maintenance just blamed the people upstairs. We went without heat and AC numerous times to pay $1650 for this dump was wild!

I received the confirmation email that I was able to move in on November 18,2024 and I asked to change my move in date the same day and was approved for the change. I was told I needed to pay the $300 deposit that would go towards my security deposit within 48hrs of approval and I did it on November 18,2024. I’ve called once a week since that date for updates and I’ve constantly been told I’d receive the welcome letter by the end of business day. It’s almost been a month and I can’t even get these people on the phone. I went to stop by in person after work at 4:45pm because Google says the hours are until 6pm and they were all leaving. I hope you all enjoy the $300 because that’s all the money you’ll be getting from me. I’ve been very patient and respectful but this complex is unprofessional and not worth the effort. I do not need your automated response I just advise any other person to not trust any person that works for them that includes Dianne, Mareeka, and Jianina Have a great day

1 star is being generous, stayed in this apartment 5 years never missed a payment. repairs never get fulfilled they just always put work orders in we finally decided to move they let us know we should be receiving a portion of our deposit back we wait a month still nothing we call back after the 5 days of trying to get a hold of someone we finally get an answer the lady rudely says we sent out your check you gotta call usps too see where it is. We then speak too two other representatives who say they’re on top of it even spoke with the assistant assured me she’s on top of it & will give me a call. I waited another 10 days no call no answer I than call the office again after 3 days of trying i get a answer the person that answered claimed they knew nothing about us not receiving our deposit which is weird giving the fact I’ve spoke too every employee there, but they call realized I wasn’t lying & I truly hadn’t received our deposit at this point it is 2 1/2 months after my move out date we receive a email saying something is on the way from usps we get the check deposit it into the bank account just a few days later bank informs us they canceled the check i call the office no answer i call the office for a week straight no answer now I get it I’m not the only person in the world but I called everyday 2 times a day no matter what time I called no one answered anyways it is now 3 months since I’ve moved & I have yet too receive my deposit I’m currently still attempting too reach someone with no success anyways i say all that too say please if you can stay away ! They’re are rude nasty & just flat out disrespectful too paying or past tenants if the shoe was on the other foot & I waited 3 months too pay rent I’d be evicted but they feel justified in holding my deposit hostage

I’ve been here since April 2024 and I absolutely hate it. I cannot wait til my lease is up. ROACH INFESTED, squirrels loud asf at night on the roofs digging. Tenants play loud music any time of the day. Office workers are rude asf and roll eyes as if you are bothering them when you come in to complain. It’s the worse place in Dover. I pay $1500 to live uncomfortably. Save your money go elsewhere.

Many issues since we have moved in. The neighbors are dirty, loud and disrespectful. We have complained to management and asked them to help, we get nothing in return. The people on the higher floors throw hot grease off of their balcony, hang raw chickens off the balcony railing, cook with the doors open inside smelling the entire building up, fight, argue and party at all hours of the night any night of the week. They have mass outside parties and bbqs with people from all over showing up. They hang all over your vehicles parked outside in the parking lot and usually end up fighting before the night is over. The tenants in the building tape the front door or hold a rock at the door to let every and anyone in the supposed to be locked building all day, the key fab for security is useless. Every night when they party outside they break beer bottles and leave them all over the steps to get into the building, along with food such as chicken wing bones and trash all over the lawn, which maintenance does not clean up. There are tents set up and left up for months on the lawn of the complex. As well as grocery carts with trash and junk in it left out on the lawn for over two months and maintenance again does nothing just cuts the grass around it. We have doorbell cameras and have saw random people listening in on my door when they noticed I was home alone, we took the footage to the office, nothing is ever done. Those people still roam the halls and are not even living in said building. It is an absolute free for all out there with no rules being implemented as we were told when moving in. We refuse to have company over because of how disgusting the neighbors are and how little the complex does to ensure a decent environment for their tenants. For $2,000 a month this is ridiculous. The office does nothing, and we are tired of complaining. Don't move here, absolute trash.

George and Jamal are a great maintenance team. Always honest with explanations for what was broken or needed fixing. Once they worked on something, it stayed fixed.

The old office team was, at best, present but not always accountable. I hope the new office team, that started in the past month, is better. Lived there 8 months, glad I'm gone.

Moved in and things seemed ok until new management took over and left us with Shallon and Lexi. Sometimes they wouldn’t show up to work even though the hours posted showed the office should be open. Lexi was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever meant. Never knew what she was talking about and would give answers that didn’t sound right. She literally said anything she thought sounded good. Walk in the office and we are greeted by Lexi smoking a hookah and clueless as to what’s going on. I decided to stop dealing with her altogether because she never had any answers she was just there. AC would turn off and on blowing out hot air. They gave me a portable ac that took up space in my apartment. took videos of what my unit was doing and although I was told by maintenance that it wasn’t suppose to do that the tickets continued to be closed. I found out months later that my hvac unit was connected to the building laundry room and that from the date I moved in my unit has been the source of heat/air for that room. I contacted L&I and they confirmed it. After finding that out I decided to move out. This place is money hungry, bugs everywhere. Ants in the winter. They control the gas meter and they charge you what they want. Hallways smell like piss. Cars constantly drive on the grass when I was told it’s not allowed. I had to maintain cameras because I never felt safe. The laundry door is suppose to remain closed but it never does. If you’re looking for a safe, honest and clean apartment complex I suggest you look elsewhere because you won’t find it here. Pay attention to your bills ESPECIALLY if you live in the apartments adjacent to the laundry room. I’m sure my unit wasn’t the only one that was heating and air conditioning the room. Luckily I found out and now I will raise awareness for other people and hopefully it will reach other tenants that may have rented from Dover Country Club Just know you were paying to heat and cool the laundry room, the rest of the building and outside as well when people would take the window out. I hope you are able to get compensated. The apartment manager Shallon tried to act like I was lying and then tried to cover their tracks after they found out that what I was saying was true. Very dishonest. I would think long and hard before moving here. IF YOU ARE RENTING A UNIT ADJACENT TO THE LAUNDRY ROOM MAKE SURE YOUR VENT IS NOT CONNECTED TO THAT ROOM. THESE APARTMENTS WERE BUILT IN THE 60’s so tenants were paying electric for their own units AND the laundry room that everyone in the building is using. This is a shady complex. Move in at your own risk.
