Positives: Nice squat racks.
Good deadlift platforms.
Good selection of quality barbells that are color coded for the lifting application, e.g., deadlift vs Olympic lift.
The patrons there are nice and accepting. People who go there are serious about getting their lift on, but without the meathead vibe. No gym bunnies trying to be social influencers. The fellow lifters there might very well be the strongest positive.

Negatives: Sometimes it becomes an Easter egg hunt to find a plate you need due to insufficient quantities. Not enough bumper plates in anything other than 45 pounds. The Olympic lifting area gets cluttered with miscellaneous gear such as hex "deadlift" bars.
The locker room is substandard. The electric hand dryer is anemic as best and does not sufficiently dry your hands after washing them. No paper towels are available for drying.

Overall: If you're dedicated/serious about lifting, this is a very good choice. I've been to other gyms in the Cleveland area, and they come up short against this one.

Great new strength/powerlifting gym in CLE. I travel a bit for work & always try to check out new places to train. This will be my go to spot moving forward when I’m in CLE. The staff is very friendly & willing to help if you need it. Plenty of power racks, combo racks, deadlift platforms, etc (most of it Rogue Fitness). Definitely worth checking out!

Barbell Culture is the gym to belong to in the Cle area. The rogue equipment is the highest grade barbells, combo racks, power racks, calibrated competition plates, etc. The environment is addictive from all the members being focused, fun, and dedicated to the fitness lifestyle

Best gym in Ohio! If you don’t believe me come get a day pass and try it yourself! Everyone is so nice the equipment is super nice! They offer calibrated rogue plates and almost every bar you can think of! Best gym for powerlifting and you won’t find a better gym anywhere else!!

If you’re looking for positive vibes, good energy, motivation, and a place where everyone belongs... Barbell culture is the gym for you! They have the best power lifting coach, phenomenal personal trainers, and countless hype men/women. This is truly a place where everyone is welcomed and the goal is for everyone to improve and grow no matter their fitness style. The owner and gym manager are so down to earth. There’s also a 165lb powerlifter who trains there that’s pretty impressive ?
