I’ve been to many Crossfit gyms while traveling and C4 is hands down the best one. Huge open air space with brand new equipment. I really enjoyed the programming and felt that I had a great work out each time I went. Coach Jayme was attentive and gave helpful feedback on how to improve my squat snatch. Overall it’s a very positive environment and you can tell the owners and coaches care about the athletes. I highly recommend C4 for anyone looking to get a great workout!

The three things that stand out about this gym are the coaches, the community, and the facility. The gym itself is a state of the art facility with plenty of natural air and the best equipment. Coaches are top notch, and give the utmost attention whether you are a first day beginner or a seasoned veteran. The community is completely unmatched. time together and celebrating achievements goes far beyond the metcons and we gather around each other regularly. C4 is a place where your friends quickly become family.

This is a CrossFit Mecca on the Cuyahoga river in the Flats neighborhood of downtown Cleveland. Huge space with some very kind and welcoming Clevelanders. Equipment is brand new, space is immaculate. Took a combat class with coach Zac, basically cardio with some weights, and loved it. Zac gave me a tip for Goblet squats that improved my range of motion and eased a sore back immediately. Very positive environment and you can tell the owners/coaches care about the athletes. Facility offers an open gym for much of the day as well as scheduled classes. Well worth the trip if you’re in The Land and need to sweat.

I always love dropping into C4 when I am in town. The community is so welcoming. The coaches are encouraging and helpful. The programming is the best I have ever experienced dropping in matched with a state-of-the-art facility. After class you can cool down in the sauna and shower. Just make sure to bring a towel.

I've been doing CrossFit for the better part of the last 12 years. Having been to many gyms across the country and in the Cleveland area, I can safely say that C4 is a special place. The programming will make athletes of all levels better. And while there are many impressive athletes here, the terrific coaching and welcoming community make it a perfect place for beginners as well. And there's so much space and great equipment! My only regret is that I didn't join sooner. If you're looking to improve your fitness and make new friends, come check it out!

The best gym in Northeast Ohio … hands down. State of the art facility with extremely nice equipment and very welcoming to new members and drop-ins! I highly recommend you check it out. Almost too good to be true.

Looking for a fantastic CrossFit experience close to downtown? C4 is the place to go. Their huge facility is clean, modern with loaded with the latest equipment. Recently celebrating their one year anniversary this gym on the rise. Great community with enthusiastic members, talented staff and a great location makes this box a place you should check out whether you are a CLE resident or dropping in from out of town.
