These guys are GREAT!! Air ride on rv broke a fitting. Aaron knew all about air suspension, found the leak, which included removing the 22.5 inch wheels and tires, had to build the fitting from 2 different parts stores. Works great, drove 350 miles. No leaks, held solid better pressure than ever. Aaron has the tools, knowledge, and ingenuity to get the job done. Could not imagine a more professional tech. Richard

Had a flat on my semi tractor. Had it patched and good to go in 2 hrs. That was quite reasonable.
The only negative was the price. Pretty much double from anywhere on the mainland. But when you're in Alaska, you have to expect the high prices. Thanks for getting me back on the road.

To summarize a very long story, after our motorhome was towed in the mechanics never talked to us again. They didn't fix everything they said they would, didn't call us to let us know what was going on like they said they would, didn't give us a diagnosis or an estimate and the guy at the front desk (Chris) didn't know anything or give us any info when we called in multiple times. They didn't plug our RV in so the food in the fridge wouldn't rot like they promised (despite multiple calls and me begging and even asking for someone to take all the food so it wouldn't go bad and ruin the fridge). We arrived to find rotted meat in the fridge and freezer. When we told Chris (because the mechanics still wouldn't talk to us even when we were there in person) all he had to say was that we could throw it in their dumpster. I had to pick up bleach from the local store to clean it up the best I could. The one thing they did right was fix the fuel pump, however it seems like fuel was spilled inside the vehicle because the fuel stench in the vehicle is overwhelming. I know there aren't many options in Tok, but if there's any way you could get your RV somewhere else I would highly recommend it.

When we called the auto club for our flat tire, this is who came to our rescue. Aaron (Willard's grandson) was very patient and helpful. He drove over 60 miles to find us, put our spare on for us (in the snow), followed us back to his shop in town, then repaired our tire for us. We're now off and running!

Nice and friendly people. They towed my van with a trailer after I filled the van with regular gas instead of diesel. Solved the issue the morning of at a relatively low price. Would use them again if I had to.

The guys at Willards were great. We blew 2 tires on our trailer right before the Alcan border and had to drag it there on the rims. One guy wanted $6,000 to tow it to Glenallen. Willards went up and repaired the trailer at the border and brought it down to continue repairs over the weekens. They arent even open on Sunday, but took care of us. Thanks guys! You fixed it when everyone else told us it could not be done!
