We loved Your Boat Club! The boats were clean, always ready, and the crew was very helpful with suggestions or interesting things to see or do AND WOW! did we get to experience nature!! Manatees, dolphins, pelicans..GALORE and we would have never gotten to see them up close and personal without our boating excursions!! Thanks for another Great experience! See ya back in Minnesota!!!

We joined your boat club and had a three month membership. When we contacted Your boat club, we were crystal clear that we had zero boating experience.
Our sales person Abby assured us That after taking an orientation Which was included in our membership we would be fine. We questioned Abby about how after a one hour orientation We would be able to handle boat and she told us not to worry. The weekend we wanted to go out There was no one at the Fort Myers location to provide the orientation so we were directed To Punta Gorda. I don’t remember the managers Who provided the orientation But we were completely honest with him we didn’t even know how to turn the boat on.
Again, he assured us as we went out more we would be fine.
We trusted ABBEY and this manager and believed that eventually we would get the hang of it.
When we went to the location in Naples, we were able to navigate with zero incidents.
However, in Fort Myers, it was a little more challenging There was a sandbar directly behind the dock Which I wound up in twice. Docking the boat was also a challenge as there was a strong current.
Again, We were completely upfront and honest About our inexperience and if there was concern for our safety and others safety there was ample opportunity to discuss it with us.
When our three month membership Ended We learned that the plan that we were on was no longer available.
Abby went from super friendly to stand offish And impatient.
We found out that we could have a membership with friends And split the cost.
This seemed like a great option for us as our friends only wanted to use the boat on weekdays and on the weekends.
Abby Sent invitations for us to rejoin never mentioning any problems or incidents or not wanting us as members.
Our friends were the main members and we were Additions to their membership.
One day I get a call from my friend saying we’re not welcome as they were incidents during our Three months trial.
No one had ever said a word and Again we were invited. I got an email to come back and join after our three month membership ended.
Contacting our friends to let them know there have been incidents leaving them, wondering, what we could've done wrong was beyond inappropriate.
Getting an invitation to rejoin, and then deciding we weren't good enough when we had been crystal clear from the first second about what our boating experience was shows what a horrible organization you're a part of .
BRIAN MAXEY manager Operations manager offered a nonsensical analogy of trying to ski a double black diamond as compared to my being honest about my boating experience. He said that if you got to the top of the mountain, there would be no one to tell you how dangerous it is if you had no skiing experience.
The difference with every single person I spoke to at Your boat club I told I had zero boating experience, and I was assured that everything was fine. I Couldn’t hide my inexperience as it was just so obvious.
The woman who picked up the phone at Your boat club after we found out our Friends or contacted was so unprofessional and unhelpful, in addition to being plain mean and nasty. You could hear in her voice how angry she was and that she smoked way too many cigarettes.
even if you didn’t want us as members contacting, our friends was so beyond an excusable I don’t even know how to describe it. Why you wouldn’t have just contacted us to let us know is it question that will never be able to be answered. Just Mean and spiteful and why you would choose to be that way is beyond me.
In all the times we went out we didn’t damage your boats and the only thing we could be accused of is tipping doc staff well.

Your boat club is cheaper than others as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. STAY AWAY THEY ARE TROUBLE AND POOLY MANAGED.

Man, if you can dodge these people, do it. 3 day rental. 1st day leave dock we get out about 10 mins or so. Turn radio on no power tried plugging in phones no power. Then the depth reader goes out on boat every time you bounce just a little. We call, and they tell us we can't switch boats cause we had already left the dock. To bring it back and they will fix it. So we turn around. One of the workers fiddles with a fuse gets everything to work. We leave out again, and everything goes back off while we are out on water again. We were too far out this time to waste our day with them. 2nd day, same thing. 3rd day we called customer service to cancel our day cause of all the problems. They let us switch boats for our 3rd day. Had a much better boat. Long story short call customer service they would have let us switch boats on that 1st day but the worker told us not to.bother they definitely wouldn't do anything. So we didn't call. Customer service will work with you. Don't listen to the workers at this dock.

We had a great experience today. Really nice boat and great service by the guy we worked with. He was able to get us going and show us the features on the boat. He also helped us figure out the channels too. We are Minnesota based users and it was great to see that it’s the same great service that we’ve seen up north. Thanks!

Your boat club in Fort Myers was an awesome experience! Brooklyn and Morgan helped us out a ton, they were great! The process was easy and fast and the boat was clean and ready on time. Thank you both we had such a fun time!

We rented the all-day trip toon pontoon boat today. We had a fantastic time, Kip was very informative, professional, and kind. Prices were the best around and boats were well maintained and clean. Kip made the whole process easy and fun. We will be making this our #1 boat rental location from here on.
