Awesome boutique yoga studio! Stopped in here for a drop-in class during my trip to Destin. Kitty is a phenomenal yoga teacher! Really enjoyed the vinyasa class. Brought me back to my time in Bali 🙂 definitely recommend checking out her studio and supporting small business!

I absolutely love this studio! I am a yoga instructor and when I first moved to the area I was having a hard time finding a studio I loved and wanted to teach at. After taking my first class at Yoga Dharma, I knew I wanted to be a part of this community. I have loved teaching classes here, everyone is so kind and welcoming. My favorite part is being a student- all the instructors are so knowledgeable and there is a great variety of teaching styles. The hot studio is large and has heat panels in the ceiling for the heated classes. The studio for the restorative and yin classes is such a cozy and comfortable space. Kitty the owner is SO knowledgeable about yoga and its philosophy. I highly recommend this studio!

I absolutely LOVE Yoga Dharma Studios! The teachers are incredible and have taught me what it truly means to practice yoga on and off the mat. Experiencing yoga as a mind/body/spirit practice has been life changing. The love, support, acceptance, and community I have found here amongst teachers and students is unmatched. I've been practicing at this studio over 2 years now, and I am so honored to be teaching here. There is a variety of different styles of yoga available so there is something for everyone! There is also incredible pop up events like breathwork and sound healing journeys that I cannot recommend enough!

I attended a beautiful Full Moon Restorative class led by Julie yesterday! The studio had great energy and the room was set up with candles and crystals. She helped me adjust when needed and her instructions were very clear! My friends and I had a great time.

Best Yoga Studio in the area!! The studio has a variety of classes (warm, hot, power, yin, restorative, and more!) and I love all the instructors. The environment is very welcoming to all levels. Modifications and advancements are offered in most classes, allowing each yogi to have a unique experience tailored to their needs. Highly recommend

I just moved to the area recently and was shopping around for a new studio. I have a very active practice and was looking for a studio with variety and hot yoga. Let me tell you, they don’t mess around here! I have enjoyed all the classes I have taken so far. The instructors are so kind and I immediately felt welcomed. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to this studio for over 2 years now. I absolutely love this studio. The space is calming, the teachers are amazing, and the students are just wonderful. Each teacher brings their own unique aspect to each class. It’s refreshing to have such variety from class to class. I feel I’ve grown and my practice has grown so much over the last couple of years truly because of the style and teachings you get from here. I highly recommend trying it out. You will not be disappointed.
