Love this place! The class coaches are professional and friendly. I love the atmosphere with the local people in the class. The space is nice and clean. I also feel happy that each coach / class is very different and you can definitely feel new and fresh every time. I think barre is my favorite workout so far, it doesn’t need to be very sweaty but you do feel it trains your muscles a lot. I enjoy it!

I love Xtend Barre Scripps Poway! I have been a client since 2013 and am so grateful for the studio & all of the instructors. The classes are challenging and adaptable to your level. The instructors give you guidance on how to make the exercises more challenging or how to modify it to make it easier. On a day I am feeling extra strong I know how to advance the movements, and on a day I am just not feeling it I know how to lower the demand on my body. Every instructor here is amazing and will give you a unique workout. No 2 are ever the same so there’s no chance of getting bored- which has kept me coming back for more 1,000 classes later. I highly recommend you give this studio a try! Thanks XBSP!!

This studio has been my workout place for almost 10 years! Need I say thatI love it. The instructors are amazing and keep the classes very interesting and fun. It is a great workout. This studio is very welcoming and the clients are friendly and supportive.

Xtend is wonderful! The studio is always clean and organized. There are plenty of mirrors to watch your form, and the weights are neatly stacked. They have multiple fans which makes it a comfortable environment to work out in!

If you have not tried Xtend Barre you are missing out. It is a great workout, with fabulous instructors, and every workout is different. And as an added bonus, the Xtend Barre clients and instructors are like family. I look forward to every workout.

I love Xtend Barre Scripps Poway! I have only been going to this studio for a month and I have already lost 15 pounds! Every class I have gone to has been an amazing workout and the teachers have all been incredible! I did not have any prior experience with barre classes before going to Xtend Barre and the entire community was very welcoming and I never felt silly during the classes. I highly recommend going to Xtend Barre Scripps Poway today!!!!
