La verdad este club house parece que no quisiera que la gente asistiera la actitud de las personas de la piscina siempre es pésima nunca solucionan nada, las reglas de la piscina súper complicadas y por si fuera poco la piscina súper sucia malísimo todo.

Worst experience ever. My friend lives here and has lived here since 2010, and has had multiple passes as well as BOUGHT passes to you, never has there been a rule where you can only bring 4 guests, and then if thats the case then why were she able to buy all those passes. As well as the other times we have gone there were parties of 10-15. The lady who we talked to who gave us attitude was short, and a black women. We came to the pool first, 5 people including the owner of the house, and later on our other friends shower up. They were denied access and when we knocked on the HOA door we were greeted with attitude, saying that no more than 4 people can be here with the owner, and we said we never heard that rule that we bought our passes and that my friend has owned them since 2010 and has never had a problem, she gave us more attitude, saying we couldn’t get in regardless now because it was raining, (it was drizzling and the rain was about to end, which it did 5 minutes later), when one of my friends (a guest) defended the owner of the house because we were obviously being mistreated as there were other people there as well not getting kicked out, the HOA lady referred to her as “the girl with the attitude”, the HOA lady ESCALATED the situation herself and threatened to just close the entire pool for everyone including us and everyone else who was there, after some time of the HOA lady asking for “the girl with the attitudes” address which she has no right to know, as well as the owners address which she does have a right to know probably but either way she was asking to try to threaten us in a very condescending tone, after we packed our things to head out we watched as the HOA lady walked to her car and left the clubhouse(her job) , and after some time we realized she did that just so she can go home. This is not right, it is not okay, and I hope she truly gets some sort of action against her.

Unfortunately we are living in a neighborhood that is not offering the security measures that are required, the property management company indicates that they are not responsible for the thefts that occur in their facilities (Clubhouse) and that the cameras cannot be reviewed, only by the members of the board of directors and the police, while my son was exercising at the gym his bicycle was stolen and the administration did not help at all, according to them it is something normal and they cannot show us the cameras to verify who stole his bicycle, Day by day we are getting worse Wyndham lakes is getting worse, the insecurity, the disorganization and everything is in very bad conditions, unfortunate but true, we used to be a good neighborhood now due to lack of security and good administration we are where we are, the streets full of bad vehicles parked, the green areas are not well maintained, all this is unfortunate.
