Having to check-in for Bay Club II two miles down the street at the Majestic is very inconvenient, and we learned that the staff at the Majestic really are not knowledgeable about the Bay Club II property. The property tram was very unreliable. The ice maker in the freezer took days to produce even half of a tray of ice. The fitness room was awful, no free weights, old and very worn floor mats, and inadequate equipment. Not having a manned front desk in the building was inconvenient. The room was clean and roomy, and the kitchen well-equipped. The view from the balcony was nice, but you had to look between the branches of the trees to see the bay.

The condo itself is super nice spacious clean and cozy. The condo had washer dryer kitchen supplies etc. The bed and matress was ok not the best but did what we needed it to do. We had the 2 bedroom pull out sofa in living room with 2 bathroom for a family of 5. Nice area but about 6mins from the community beach and 15 mins from the main beach. Only issue I had with the community its self its super huge and you are not able to rent golf course overnight in that area. The condo does offer bike renter which was pretty cool. The balcony had 2 chairs kind of small so bring extra chairs if you have a family. OVer all I give the condo 4.5 this resort is part of timeshare and they do try to have you sign up for presentation for gifts

Bad directions to the beach. Lacking in ammenadies. Check in desk is too far from the actual location. Cannot stop in to just get information.

This was a timeshare visit. The rooms are very nice. The location had a lot to do. We enjoyed the boardwalks, shopping and eating seafood during our visit. Parking was an issue, the parking lot is a ways from the building and very little light is in the area we stayed in.

Do not get caught up in the scam of timeshares. My wife's parents made the mistake of being victims of this scam years ago. When We got here today they tried to tell me that I, a person who has nothing to do with any of this bs, needs to also be at the 9am meeting or else my wife's parents won't get some gift card. I can't tell if that's a lazy effort at selling or just a person being an a hole, but either way, that's not what you want to hear right when you arrive to check in after 9+ hours of driving. I won't be at that meeting, but if I was, I can assure you that no one in that room would be falling for any timeshares. Do better, Wyndham.

Dump. Filthy, when you need to go to store and buy tub and shower mildew remover, sanitizing cleaners. It’s that bad. Feet stick to the floor dirty. Need a tetanus shot after you touch the fridge bad. I’m sure this room was cleaned at one point in 2020 but since then probably not. What a total disappointment to say the least. Room 546 is terrible, patched holes in the walls with no paint. Just a total dump. Not asking for 5 star but this is not different than a $19 night hotel.

This trip to a Wyndham resort was better the most that I’ve been to. Check-in was easy, efficient and most importantly they didn’t direct me to someone else to obtain my parking pass, which is code speak to pressure you to sign up for an ‘owner’s update.’ ||We were in a 2BR in the 6th floor. The place was clean and quiet. Parking was adequate. ||The location was good in terms of proximity to the shore, and many restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Shopping near by as well.
