My Aunt & Uncle hosted a family reunion BBQ there today, and I was very impressed! The entire facility was extremely clean, the life guards on duty were very friendly and my kids enjoyed swimming, diving, and jumping on the lake trampoline. Overall we had the best day ever!! This place is the perfect family place! My kids loved it & we hope to return again someday! They get 5+ stars from us! ?

Luckily everytime I have been there it was with a free visitor pass. Maybe I don't know about everything the country club offers but it seems very over priced to me. Even if you can afford the yearly membership it doesn't mean that you can be a member.

From a couple of years ago...
My original two star review;

The venue and it's amenities are very enjoyable. Members only, though. Membership is a bit pricey. Staff is lacking in training and personality. The management is very smug and rude. (Sue, in particular, but not limited to her).
Board of directors should consider an overhaul of management and policies.
Some really "nit-picky" rules.

Current, May 17th, 2022 five star review;

The venue and amenities are still enjoyable...
It's still members only...
Membership is still "seemingly" pricey, but the value is there.
Live entertainment on most summer Sunday afternoons, but sometimes it's a little cheesey...
The management has changed, and for the better. Vicki is plesant, attentive, present and fully involved in the day to day!!!
The staff is much better and well trained.
The club has a, shall we say, "little league" style concession stand that is clean, well attended and has a better than average snack and treat menu with very reasonable prices. It's very popular with the kids, and I've enjoyed it too!

Last season I went there, it was super nice. The food is pretty good, and it felt super safe. The problem at the time was it was infested with leaches, and they stuck to me. They drained it and cleaned it, so it's clean now and no more leaches. There are so many cute frogs and early in, you can catch tadpoles! Super fun and would recommend!

We went with a school group and only used the outdoor facilities except for the bathroom. The ladies room was very clean. There were only two stalls, which was a surprise, but there were, in addition, two changing stalls and a shower. The 8th grade kids jumped in the lake, even though it was about 50 degrees out. I thought it was nice that the country club allowed us to use the lake even though there wasn't an official lifeguard on duty; that is, they allowed us as long as one of our grown ups was on duty. The grounds were well-kept, the picnic facilities were in great shape, and they even carted out a barbecue for us to use, as promised. The employees were great.
