My family and I booked a last minute trip to South Fork for a quick ski trip over the Thanksgiving break. The folks at Wolf Creek Ranch Ski Lodge were so kind and welcoming. We stayed in the #8 Room. The beds were very comfortable, the room was warm, the Kitchenette was great for preparing meals. The hot tub was so nice after a day of skiing. We also loved how close it is to Wolf Creek Ski Area. We had a great time and are looking forward to staying there again!

This place doesn't look great from the road, but the entire interior has been updated and remodeled with full kitchens and cooking supplies. The hospitality of the owners is fantastic.

Expedia canceled our reservation and didn't tell us. We showed up to check in and she had no rooms available, so she upgraded us to a cabin at no charge so that we had a place to stay. The cabin was amazing and I highly recommend you rent one if you are coming here with your family.

The staff was friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home.

Fantastic. No complaints whatsoever. As a matter of fact, the first time we went, about 20 minutes after check-in, we decided to stay an extra night. I’ve been back since then and just booked another stay. The owners are lovely - friendly and helpful. The setting is stunning. Keep in mind, it’s outside of South Fork on the way to the ski resort so it’s not in a town. It’s right on the river. There’s a back door to the rooms and a nice deck to hang out on or walk right down to the river which is visible from the deck. The rooms are clean and have everything you need including a full size fridge, oven/stove, and microwave. Next summer we will probably bring friends and stay in one of the cabins.

We had car issues on the highway right outside this model where there’s no cell service. They let me use their phone to call roadside assistance who wasn’t helpful at all. Then they lent us tools and helped us troubleshoot the car until we got it moving again. They are genuinely kind hearted people and I’m not surprised this property is so highly reviewed. Thank you so much!

We stopped here July 27 when I had an urgent need to use the bathroom. The store was closed but a lady was doing laundry at the back of the building. She refused to let me use their bathroom, gave me toilet paper and told me to go off the property. I lost my balance in the ditch at the front of the property and fell into their barb wire fence. Due to the inhumane treatment at this business, I spent 7 hours at the emergency room getting 12 stitches in my arm and hand. This place should have more compassion and respect for people that stop there.

My only complaint is the bedding is very uncomfortable. The cabin was clean everything we needed to be comfortable. Love it ,we will be back for sure bur bring your own bedding and it will be perfect

Searching for a place to stay after a day of traveling, we came across this wonderful place. The photos showing it were spot on. Very friendly people helped us from the git go. The room was spectacular with it's custom made cabinets, etc. Full kitchen, which we ended up using, and they had anything you needed. And to walk out the back door to a deck and relax was awesome as you could hear the water soothing sounds. So glad we stayed here, it was a pleasant experience.

Was looking for a secluded place in the mountains on our way to Durango and Ouray, Telluride, just a nice road trip and stumbled upon this Jewel!!! Very clean and updated, modern small kitchen and stove refrigerator microwave back door to a communal deck with gas grills which we did use ! Perfect stop for us nice flowing river behind the property, walked to it and listened, could here it well from the deck. Grounds were all maintained, we could of stayed in a Pagosa springs or Durango but this was exactly what I was looking for !
