Called two days in advance to reserve the pickleball court and they told me while I was on the way there that they had a ball machine reserved for me, not the pickleball court. They said the pickleball court was reserved the rest of the night and they couldn’t accommodate me on a tennis court. This has happened to me twice now with trying to reserve the pickleball court. Frustrating when my friends drive a long distance to meet me there to play. Would not recommend this court at all!

I've been playing here for the last several months. I would like to see the har tru courts be better maintained! Never brushed or lined. Always soft spots on courts. Algae build up everywhere. Some courts need more material. Whoever is doing the maintenance is either not spending much time on the courts or doesn't know what they are doing. Hopefully this will change soon or I will play at another location.

Very disappointed how administration are running this facility. I signed up yesterday to play Round Robin today and got a text , not a call this morning to tell me I am not in the roster to play. I called and they answer was " it happens all the time" ........who hired these people?
I asked for my refund and was told I have to wait until the coordinator do it on Monday. Well! the coordinator lost her phone because she never ever call or text back.
Very poor customer service , I will have to follow up and call tomorrow to get my refund. But, I am going to call City of Winter Park, they need to do something about this level of service.

The hard courts here are first in class, some of the best hard courts in the Orlando area. On the other hand, the “clay” courts are substandard. They hardly have any clay on them, fine for older people to play on as they don’t play defense and just bunt the ball around. If you play high level tennis where running is a requisite, it is dangerous to use these “clay courts”. If you do play high level tennis on these courts hug the baseline to avoid any serious injuries. Or stick to their hard courts.
