From the moment we started working with Alexis, we knew she would ensure our wedding day was absolutely perfect! She put our minds at ease with her years of event planning experience.

The professionalism and attention to detail exhibited by the WPRC staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our wedding was executed flawlessly. From coordinating with vendors to accommodating last-minute requests, their dedication made the entire planning process seamless.

The poolside cocktails, lakeside ceremony, and lively reception exceeded all of our expectations. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how beautiful the day was, and we owe it all to the incredible team at WPRC.

We also want to express our gratitude for the outstanding service provided during our wedding reception. The food and bar were exquisite and exactly what we hoped for. Our guests were impressed by the delicious menu and the professionalism of the staff.

This is my 3rd time going for my company's holiday lunch and it is always a great experience. The servers are really nice and attentive, the lovely bartender was great and made great drinks, and I think this year the food was extra yummy. Thank you all for your hard work and for always making it a great experience. I'm sure we'll see you again next year.

We had a table of 4 last night and the service was terrible, at least for my wife. Firstly ,the server forgot to bring her silverware , then when we asked for it , she still didn’t bring it so we reminded again. But even after reminding , she delayed by 10 minutes. We sat close to the bar, she clearly was talking to coworkers but just not focused on the job.

Upon ordering the main course , my wife’s order was wrong , the server took forever to check on our table so it was too late to get it resolved until near the end of dinner. When the server finally checked on us , we let her know what was missing and she eventually brought it out. Again , we were polite and didn’t give an attitude at all.

In a table of 4, three of us were drinking water. A large jug is provided which fills four glasses once. The jug was never filled. I’m sure had we asked it eventually would have been but just noticed it in hindsight. Of course seeing how poor the service was , I preferred to be thirsty than keep pestering the server who clearly was too busy socializing with coworkers.

Upon leaving, I used the restroom and noticed it was filthy. The mirror had rust , toilets were dirty , floor dirty. To me this is indicative of a bigger problem. I’ve been to the racket club numerous times as a quest and never noticed this. But if the restroom is dirty in that shift but also looks like it needs maintenance overall then it tells me that the pool area is not being managed well.

Since I was a guest and was politely invited by friends, I was sure not to bring all this up to my friends who are the members. It’s not my place to complain to them. Secondly upon hindsight, the server asked and knew who the members were so she one who would be tipping and who to give service to and who not to. I’m hoping that management reads this and improves the training and over sight of the servers. I rarely leave a bad review.
