Great marina. Very clean. Super nice people to deal with. They have restaurants they and bathrooms with showers. That they keep clean.

Stayed for a several months, great service until they changed ownership in December of '22 and they raised rates to $22/foot from $17.50. No AC in bathhouse/laundry; stopped locking gate; no ice deliveries and we experienced thefts (scooter & bike), minimal parking now. They are on the Marina Mile...too many other good marinas to choose from to stay here anymore. 😕

I'm a little hesitant to let the word out and spoil it, but I truly believe this is the best Marina in Jacksonville. Why? The people. They are in the process of doing some really amazing renovations, but the people down here are THE BEST. If you are looking for a community of boaters, then this is the place for you. They do have floating docks and one of the best hurricane safe marinas in the area. They also have great single entry bathrooms with individual showers, toilets and sinks. They have a gated parking lot. The people are the best. The dock master, Paul is excellent at his job. The community is the best. I went there as a new boater and was welcomed with open arms by everyone at this community. I only wish I could have stayed in the area and didn't have to move and I would be there right now. I highly recommend this marina. To me, there are no negatives to report.

Spent a week here visiting my brother and sister-in-law while they were in port. Clean bathrooms and close to an awesome used bookstore!!! Great home away from home.

This marina will be under new ownership soon and I'll wait for new management to correct their inadequacies. New management is in place and much has been done to correct inadequacies,however more still needs to be done.

Paul and Jim are great harbor masters and everyone is friendly. Great place to dock your boat. Walk to banks and a variety of stores.
