I'm a visitor to this park, my mother got diagnosed with a fatal cancer about 7 months ago. I originally live in northern California, So in order to be by my mom's side, I stayed with my good friends (they live in park) , After about 2 weeks my friend starts getting calls about me. Complaints! About me. I literally have done nothing but yard work and help my friend with father that has dementia. The manager there has a huge ego problem, they started charging my friend $25 a day for me to stay there until my mother passed, plus $20 a month for my truck to be in guest parking. They DO NOT make anybody else pay for having extra people stay or live with them. And I don't even live there. I pray to God that manager gets old and nobody takes care of her cause she is a horrible person.

I don't know much about this area or the mobile home I just know that I had a friend who was one step away from being homeless and was paying a month's worth of rent weekly to stay in the hotel and I was able to with the help of another Christian sister who knew someone who had a room available in that Mobile park. On the other hand they're doing a lot of construction and building their I think it's going to be a wonderful area once they're finished, right now the roads are like riding in a horse and buggy lol, as of yesterday the crew is out working on all of housing and surfacing of the roads.

It's a beautiful Park gated the homes for a nice condition streets are clean everything looks pretty good over there and it's a nice nice place to live looks like

Super clean and friendly mobile home park . Great people and great amenities. Have to say hands down one of the best in the area not to mention there lil parks have an amazing esthesia to it. Z you get a tropical/forest feel to it. 10 out of 10 a must for retirement

Nice quite place to live. Close to everything I need and easy exit from Hemet. Gated, pool, clubhouse, shuffleboard (if that's your thing)and more goodies. A place to wash your car. Good people. As for management being rude then follow simple rules and they are great people. I for one like that they enforce the rules otherwise it wouldnt be quite and friendly

Not a very friendly community some of the older resedents. That don't have no one end up badly infested with roaches,bed bugs ,and have sadly been found dead days if not a week after their passing and are alowing people to take advantage of the elderly their.

The absolute worst mobile home park I've ever been to my mother lives there and the neighbors are terrible, mean,cruel bored people! If you want to live in hell go by a mobile home there.

Very Nice, Clean Park with beautiful club house , pool, jacuzzi . Nicest park mgr and friendly people. I highly recommend this choice for 55+ Park.
