I had my baby shower here this past weekend, and while the event overall was great, there were some issues with follow-through on agreed-upon arrangements. The event coordinator seemed to agree to certain things during our initial conversation, but those were not delivered as promised. This was frustrating, but during the event, I chose to focus on enjoying the day with my guests rather than addressing it.

Prior to the event, I had to reach out to confirm the details myself. With everything I had on my plate, it would have been helpful if the coordinator had been more proactive in ensuring I was well informed.

Afterward, I shared my concerns, but I haven’t received a response yet.

Now, they are trying to charge me for soda consumption, which I remember being included. They simply put the soda out for guests to grab, though it should have been handled through the bar to track purchases.

Additionally, the bartender who took over during a break wasn’t properly processing drink purchases. Instead, they canceled the transactions to get the total and then placed the money in the register. Now, I’m being told I owe around $350 for soda and for not meeting the bar minimum, despite the fact that we were in regular communication with them to ensure we met it. From my experience working with venues, they usually keep the host informed about the bar total to help meet the minimum.

I hope I get a response soon.

What a treat in Elk Grove. My brother is a member and took us for a round. It was an amazing day with lush fairways and challenging greens. This course kicked our butts on the greens. They look easy and that's just it.

We had our wedding here and it was wonderful, Stephanie and Bailey were great to work with and they did a terrific job helping us with this venue.

We attended an event at Valley Hi. I was surprised how badly the tables looked. The tablecloths and napkins were wrinkled. The waiters were filling the water canisters during the speeches. The sound system was inadequate and those in the back of the room couldn't hear anything. Not the best.

We were here for a real estate training event. The food was good, the service was prompt and courteous, the room was large, all audio and visual tools worked well, seemed like a very nice place for an event. Best of all, the ladies bathroom line was super fast at the breaks because they have the right amount of stalls for a large group like ours!

Absolute brilliance. The practice facilities are 12/10.
The course manicure and landscape is BAR NONE.
Pace of play was NEVER AN ISSUE.
Greenside bunkers extremely well taken care of.
TEE BOXES were immaculate.
Yardage markers from 200 in along cart paths and fairway.
As a guest today from another country club this was a real treat. Hopefully looking to get back within a week or two.
Bar staff was brilliant as well! Super friendly and personable!
The beginning of the experience from walking in the doors at the front desk to the pro shop, to the 18 holes, Valley HI... an absolute winner. ?

Excellent experience. Price to join is not bad 250 initiation and 120 /month includes 2 free rounds. Amenities are excellent. Driving range pitching range and putting green if I lived closer it would be a great fit

High quality country club? Dues and overall prices have raised yet this yields no true incentive for hardworking employees— nothing is given back. Needs better functional equipment for workflow improvement.
Communication needs to be a lot better. Higher level management promotes under qualified candidates to unsuitable underpaid roles.
