So happy that I joined Uplift Fitness group classes! I decided it was time to invest in myself and look for a gym community. Hayley is AMAZING and so is her team! They walk you through the workouts and constantly encourage you to push yourself. If a workout is too difficult they will modify it to help you at whatever level you are at. I am almost at my one month mark with Uplift and in my fitness journey, I have never felt more confident and strong. I highly recommend Uplift for every fitness level. The community is amazing! You will be encouraged, pushed and loved at Uplift!

I joined Uplift at 3 months postpartum, desperately needing some kind of outlet for myself as a mom of three young kids. I brought my newborn baby along with me and I immediately felt welcomed and supported. As his primary food source, I couldn't be away from my son for long, and the team was so understanding, allowing him to come with me until he could go longer stretches without needing me to feed him. The staff and members are incredibly encouraging and truly passionate about what they do. They made this newly postpartum and self-conscious mama feel seen, valued, and cared for. I'm so grateful to have found such a warm and inclusive community that supports moms like me on their fitness journey! 🥰

One of the best things I've done for myself is invest in my health and fitness at Uplift. I began training with Hayley 4 months ago and I am stronger than I have been in years! I started training with Hayley in a semi private group about 4 months ago. I've never really worked out before so I was pretty hesitant but I'm glad I did it.
