I am so happy I found this gym! I was looking to find a new place to workout and just happened to stumble across this incredible gem of a gym! Everyone there was so warm and welcoming and friendly and answered all my questions with ease especially Lisa she was great. After giving it a try I was hooked. I’ve tried a variety of their many offerings and wish I had the time to do them all but my favorites so far are the Ultimate and Barbell/Strength classes taught by Casey. She is an incredible motivator and very knowledgeable about fitness and especially women’s health and aging. I have seen a huge improvement in my strength and muscle tone in the few months I’ve been attending. I tell everyone how wonderful this place is. I am not one of those people that can just show up at a gym and get a great workout I need that extra push and having someone else do all the brainpower is awesome! I just show up and I know I’m going to get an awesome workout. I feel like I can conquer the world after. I really hope you will check this spot out you won’t regret it.

I am not sure why it took me so long to write this review. I've been attending classes here for almost a decade (I think). I started before I was pregnant and started again about 2 years ago. After having 2 kids, my body has never been the same but after attending classes here week after week, I am so incredibly happy that I decided to come back. I am a professional dancer and business owner and I most certainly look at taking pilates and fitness classes in a bit of a different perspective. There are countless elements of success here. From the knowledgeable and supportive instructors, to the ease of booking classes, to the friendly and warm office staff, I really can't say enough great things about Ultimate Workout. I'm so grateful that a place like this exists in our community. Bravo to all of you!

I used to have a membership but I had to cancel due to moving to a different area. I absolutely loved my pilates classes with Sally. As a beginner she made me feel very comfortable. The facility is very clean and the atmosphere is great. I’m now out of state and I wish I could have took Ultimate Workout with me! I’ll be returning for single classes when I visit FL again. 10/10 would recommend.

I'm thrilled about joining this gym recently after moving to Florida from another state. Finding the right fit was challenging, but discovering Ultimate Workout has been a game-changer! The instructors have been incredibly supportive, genuinely invested in helping you achieve your goals. Unlike other places pushing exercise fads, the staff here is honest and understanding. They know you by name and are always ready to assist. If you try their classes and then go back to another gym, you'll notice the difference immediately. Thank you for being a part of my fitness journey! After just 3 weeks of classes there is a noticeable difference!

I've been to a few different pilates classes and this studio is by far the best in quality, value and expertise in the field. The instructors are very detailed and they teach with passion. So much passion that yes if you need to come turned on. I've seen all levels of students, and this studio has a great diverse group of students and instructors.

I highly encourage from beginner (shy to enter) to the most advanced student to visit. I truly believe they are the best pilates studio in this area.

My favorites are Sally and Shari, but I've experienced a class with many of the instructors, and I've appreciated every instructor for their style and expertise. They are all great!

The Ultimate room offers different cardio workouts coached by amazing group of trainers who provide you with so many tools and guidance to achieve the absolute maximum results.
Spin, Bike+Build, Cycle+Core are some of the best classes to improve strength, cardiovascular capacity and caloric burn.

The newest class "RUKUP" is beyond energizing!!!! it benefits your entire cardiovascular system by increasing stamina, build strong bones and even improve your lung function just like hiking a mountain, but indoors w/out the altitude.

Pilates is like nowhere else!!! The coaches focus on your core, alignment for good posture and mind-body connection. Burn Barre classes are a combination of everything aerobic, so you can tone and sculpt every muscle!

The coaches are passionate, empowering, knowledgeable, professional, customer-focused and, most importantly, truly care about improving your cardiovascular endurance, strength, mobility, flexibility and body composition.
Bottom line: try it all, you won't be sorry!

I've been going to Ellen's Ultimate Workout for over a year now, committed to 3x Pilates classes per week. If I could afford to I'd come every day! It has such a wonderful family feel to it where all the staff, both instructors and those welcoming you in to the gym, know your name and always smile and say hello. I adore the Pilates classes with Sally and Bea and will never consider going anywhere else.

Now that I've moved and I'm forced to go to a different gym I really need to write this review. You know that saying that goes you don't know what you have until it's gone? That completely applies. I truly miss Ellen's and it's instructors. Ellen's is leaps and bounds so much better than other Pilates/cross fit studios I've encountered. I miss the fabulous equipment, clean environment, wide variety and consistency of class offerings and schedule times that Ellen's offers. I really miss the highly educated fitness instructors with their encouraging personalities, no judgement attitudes and passion for what they are teaching. You will be more fit that you even realize when you are working out at Ellen's. Did I mention how great the equipment is at Ellen's? It truly is. Any other reformer doesn't come close to being as versatile and easy to use as the brand they use. Ellen's is a top notch facility with exceptional instructors. The bonus is that the cost is less than any other I've found.
