Absolutely love coming to this gym! It’s such an uplifting atmosphere where everyone is so genuine and welcoming! The trainers do a great job of building variation in the program so that every workout is completely different from the next. I truly feel so blessed to be a part of such an amazing community. Trinity Fitness is one of the most unique gyms I have ever belonged to. Their mission is to make healthy people inside and out across every community, and they truly live that mission. Each class has a certified trainer who oversees each person's workout giving encouragement, and correction when needed to keep everyone safe. They open each class with a short bible devotion, then explain and demonstrate the movements of the workout and close the class with prayer and praise. The trainers "scale" each movement to accommodate the fitness level of the person working out and the community that workout there is super supportive of all the members.
If your looking for a gym that it truly more than a gym, you have to checkout Trinity Fitness!

Have been coming here for more than three years. The people are fantastic and the workouts will fit any level. The format is also faith-based, which is cool. I can’t say enough good things. This is the best gym you will ever belong to.

Possibly one of the best gyms I have stepped foot in. You start out with a bible verse. Brilliant. Great way to start the day. Then you dive into a great workout that will get you sweating. Everyone is very welcoming from the very beginning to your way out the door. The coaches really know their material and walk around to make sure to correct any formations of yours that may need to be corrected. That was important to me. I really appreciate every tip I can get to prefect my stances to help me gain a stronger workout. Everyone is extremely positive and no matter what level you are on is supportive in helping you meet your goals and finishing. The gym is very clean with new gear. Always a bonus. I have only been to this gym once, but will certainly be coming back again! I have to give them 5 thumbs up!
