With the vast array of temporary memberships available. This gym is a perfect choice for all. If you’re concerned that a gym won’t have what you need to accommodate to your training style. You won’t have to worry here. If you’re a bodybuilder, hybrid athlete or even boxer this gym has what you need. With the 24hr feature for all members you won’t have to worry on time infringements to your schedule. I signed up for a 2 month membership almost a week ago and have loved every time i’ve entered the gym.

Also, motivation on the walls is guaranteed you train harder. This ain’t no La fitness baby.

I was working in the area for about four months, became a member at the gym for about four months it’s a nice Gym needs a little fixer-upper and it’s never really jampacked like some of the other popular Gyms, I just wish they would change out the gym towels out a little more often (The towels that the members use to clean the equipment). That doesn’t mean I wouldn’t go back.

Amazing customer service, affordable pricing and well equipped. As a bikini competitor I was able to do supersets and use state of the art gym equipment that also gives you an old school grunge feel. Hard Work!! not like a fitness club. 24 hour access and I was able to sign up with no stress or pressure and all online. Can't beat it

I stopped here to work out for a couple of hours while passing through the area. It was $12 for a day pass. The facility is clean. The staff are very attentive and quick to answer email and text inquiry about their facility. Lots of stationary machines, free weights, and aerobic machines. I would recommend this gym and would use it again when passing through.

I used the one-week membership while visiting town for the holidays and had a great experience using The Gym. The website makes its super easy to sign up and their customer service was great. They have almost every piece of equipment you could need, although some things were noticeably old and probably on their last leg. I see that they’re building a new facility which is awesome because my only complaint is that the current facility could use a little TLC. Overall, great gym to just get it done!

Great place to workout. Plenty of equipment to use. Owner is super friendly along with staff. Every person I have been around is respectful and courteous. Asks if you are done on a piece of equipment or area. The gym is clean, sanitizer and daily washed rags are there to use to wipe equipment before and after a workout. Motivational script is all over the walls. There is an area for the little ones if you were wondering. I am happy I found this place.
