I’m extremely frustrated with this place. The noise level is absolutely ridiculous. You can hear every single argument from the neighbors as if they’re happening inside your own apartment. To make things worse, our neighbor has been unbelievably inconsiderate, blasting heavy metal music in the morning. It’s completely unacceptable and shows no respect for anyone living here.

If you’re thinking of living here, be warned—there is no guarantee of peace and quiet. Despite making multiple calls to the front office asking for help, absolutely nothing has been done. The staff have been completely unhelpful and the lack of action is beyond disappointing.

This experience has been a total nightmare, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I have never been in such a luxury apartment complex before! Teresa, the face of the place, is elegant, professional, friendly, and really cares about her residents and their experience! She pays mind to tending to needs of her residents, keeping the grounds cleaned up, and respectfully holds people accountable if they are not following rules or standard of respect for the grounds or facility. She has created a friendly welcoming environment for anyone to feel comfortable to reach out to. Game room: tips missing on the pool cue- notified Teresa and the tips were replaced within 2 days. Hot water heater too cool? Teresa was on it! Got maintenance to fix it. Stove not up to par for new resident? Fixed! Thanks to Teresa's care and concern for the resident experience!
Love that the pet areas are maintained and clean with receptacles and bags provided. Public bathrooms clean. Pool is WONDERFUL! Wow!
Great place to live, and Teresa really does a great job with customer service and follow through!

We love living at The Gathering! The buildings and grounds are clean and well maintained. There are great amenities for our whole family to enjoy, and we feel very safe in the community. We had an issue with our dishwasher and Teresa and the maintenance crew did a great job making sure it was fixed promptly. We’re so glad we chose to live here!

My review is from the POV of someone who has lived here since 2022 and the first thing I have to say is make sure you have a good pair or two of noise cancelling headphones. I am literally writing this review at midnight while my upstairs neighbor stomps around dropping things and vacuums during quiet hours. My constant state of being right now is misery, anxiety, sleep deprivation, and stress.

Had you asked me prior to 01/05/2024 my experience here, I would’ve given it a 4/5 stars.

The apartments are nice and I really like the area. The maintenance crew is very friendly and responsive, probably the best part about living here.

However, I’ve recently had new neighbor as of January 2024 above me on the third floor and it’s been a nightmare. I’ve reported this multiple times, at least 7/8 times and after having a conversation with management, all of these reports have gone without being acknowledged, and nothing has changed, if anything it’s worse. Truly, no help from the management office as promised and no correspondence, which is disappointing and dismissive, but I figure at this point I just have to deal with it until the end of my lease, I don’t have enough energy or sleep to even try to resolve this anymore. True powerlessness in this circumstance.
For context, I’m on the second floor and I’ve always been able to hear my neighbors above and below me, whether they were moving around, sometimes speaking loudly, or occasionally dropping items, no problem, this comes with living in an apartment. I understand this and everyone should be able to live comfortably in their space.
Additionally, they were always considerate of their noise levels and respected quiet hours. My new upstairs neighbor does not. They are quite active between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am. They move around heavily to the point where the doors and fixtures on my walls shake. I’ve actually had multiple things fall off. Therefore, even when using noise cancelling headphones I am unable to go to sleep until after 4 AM some nights when and if they decide to go to bed because it feels like there’s an earthquake occurring. Additionally, they are continually dropping items on the floor and it creates a loud thud, this happened just last night when I thought I’d finally be able to get some sleep.
On top of all this, the community including my neighbor is now filled with entitled and neglectful pet owners. People leave their animals out all day on the balcony and there’s legit dogs barking 12+ hours a day. My upstairs neighbor seemingly allows his cats to just jump off furniture and drop things without any care in the world or respect for those around them. I know this because when I reported them back in April they admitted they were building furniture past midnight and allowed their cats to run around and drop things, still no true consequences for this behavior. To be honest, I am completely miserable and regret resigning my lease. I am unable to sleep the hours needed to function properly as I have to get up at 6:00 am for work. I’m always tired and anxious, and I hate being home, but I work from home so there’s not many options for me.
I refuse to bang on the ceilings or be petty because as annoying as this is for me, as I stated everyone deserves to live comfortably in their space.
It’s just too bad as I truly enjoyed living here, but once my lease ends next year I’ll have to find somewhere else to go or I might go insane.
Hopefully if you move here, you’ll have the experience I had prior to this January.

Ultimately, just very disappointed at the current state of the apartments and the lack of enforcement of tenant regulations by property management. There’s nothing luxury about excessive noise and subpar management of tenant obligations.

We moved into The Gathering at Harbor Green with high hopes, drawn by its reputation as a fantastic, family-friendly community. Our leasing process was made exceptionally smooth by Teresa, whose guidance and warm professionalism truly helped us fall in love with the place right from the start.

That being said, our moving experience didn’t quite meet our expectations. The condition of our apartment left much to be desired, and the general management was slow to address our initial concerns. Fortunately, thanks to Teresa’s continued support and the prompt assistance of maintenance team members Jorge and Christopher, these issues were eventually resolved.

We are so pleased the entire time we rented at The Gathering. All of the facilities are kept very clean, the maintenance crew is extremely friendly and helpful. Any issues that we may have had arise they were right on it. When it came time for us to terminate our lease we had such an easy experience. Theresa was beyond helpful, we honestly wish she was there the entire 2 years we were renting because she made it a point to address all of our needs for the short bit we got to know her. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of turn over with staff in the office prior to Teresa but I think they finally picked someone who is knowledgeable, isn’t dismissive, is respectful and has an amazing personality!!

My fiancé and I have been living here just shy of a year and we have had nothing but great experiences. The maintenance team is awesome. A request has not gone more than one day without being handled. The office staff is very friendly and assist with any of our needs. The neighborhood is safe and we always feel safe walking our dog. Lastly, we love the dog park. A spacious and clean space that we can let our dog run around at the end of the day!
