El lugar es muy tranquilo y limpio. Cuenta con alberca y camastro el acceso es libre así como también para el gimnasio. Tiene muy buena ubicación ya que a 5 min cuenta con centros comerciales

My husband found availability for these condos very quickly, googling "corporate housing." Jean was super in communicating with us and the place was as pictured, fully furnished and in great working order. We were there for a 3 month period awaiting housing elsewhere and she even accommodated us on our timing of move out. Throughout our stay, it was quiet and neighbors were friendly, when we saw them. There's a small neighborhood alongside the complex that was great to go for walks in too.

Pool, Hot tub, Exercise room.
Property is in high demand for this area. 300+ HOA fees.
Central location, for World's largest AFB. Eglin AFB supports all branches of the Military.

The grounds are really taken care of and the caretakers are friendly and they seem to know all the tenants and ask how they are doing. The office gal Jessikah is so grow fly you feel you have Instantly met a friend for life.

Sauna has been out of service for 7 months. Hot tub has now been closed for a month and pool now closed indefinitely.

It's moldy and for some reason there is a lot of static electricity.. weird. Anyway no I would not live here. They do have a pool which is a plus, but what really got me was the golf course getting shut down, that was a bummer for me
