We had a week long event here for my job. Saying the service was phenomenal would be an understatement. The entire staff was very accommodating with such a long event. The food is DELICIOUS. We had a different meal everyday and the choices kept getting better and better. We had a wonderful experience because of the staff and will be back! 🙂

This is not a review of this place but rather a message of gratitude to them for their kindness. We were parked nearby during a recent visit to Yale and had a sudden car emergency that required our car to be towed. It was bitingly cold and we needed to seek refuge somewhere while waiting for the tow truck. We walked in and were welcomed kindly. Thank you again!

I have no words to describe their kindness and good will. I came there as a visiting student from a foreign country for a month and Booked elm graduate club. The rooms , dining area , washroom everything was just so perfect. Rooms were all adequately equipped with heater and wifi. I am extremely grateful to everyone there for making me feel safe and at home throughout my stay. They even took the initiative to prepare breakfast for me the day before as I informed them that I leave very early in the morning for work. I appreciate everyone at elm for their extreme gesture of kindness. It’s a place I would recommend for anyone visiting new haven.

This is a membership club with a basically an older membership. Very nice though, and the food has made a great leap forward recently!
