The course is good—perhaps not exceptional, but it’s more than adequate for the average player at this price. The staff is very friendly, and the course is located in a lovely neighborhood. We are happy to play here.

The restaurant and bar at The club at River Wilderness is open to the public and quite frankly the best restaurant in Parrish and surrounding area. It’s a hidden gem for Parrish. I am attaching photos of the menus. The marry me chicken dish was amazing. Love the blackened grouper! The lunch is awesome too, check out pic of “The Club” sandwich with the most amazingly crunchy handmade fries!!! To top it off there’s a Sunday brunch! Parrish peeps look no further.

Course was a good value, nice layout. Greens weren’t in very good shape, but not many courses are in this price range. Staff was very friendly and helpful, it was my first time here. They had a putting and chipping green and free range balls to warm up off mats. It was nice not having to pay for balls to warm up before playing. It was busy and slow, which I didn’t expect playing in the middle of summer in the afternoon, but that and the greens were my only complaint, otherwise nice course.

The layout was typical of other Florida courses with perhaps a little more undulation around the greens. The Greens have been punched recently and they are FAST. They probably need a couple more weeks before they grown over again. Several of the greens had bad spots ( this has been a rough summer for greens...nematodes? ) several of the bunkers I ended up in were full of water, drainage really needs to be addressed. Also, one tee box was completely destroyed, felt like we were on a goat ranch. The staff was friendly and Ice and Water was provided at several locations along the course. The driving range was closed, it would have been nice to be given a heads up about that. Also because of the weather, the whole course was cart path only, not really a problem because we were the only group out playing, but that could really slow down play when it is busy. I think the price is relatively high for.this course, for the same price we could have played World Woods ,lake Jovita or Waterleaf (that is actually on the River). I did enjoy myself, but for the price I expected more

Greens were good. Fairways average. We paid green fees and then were told there were no concessions or bathroom facilities.
We should have received a discount-disappointing.

The Price isn’t horrible. The greens are in rough shape. Anything outside of the fairways, you are likely to loose your ball because the grass is deep and thick. The worst part about the round were the eight residents that have the set 8am tee time that drive their own carts and think they own the course. Even with a pace of play of 4 hrs, these 8 arrogant no golf etiquette and entitled jerks felt the need to hit balls that were landing within 20-30 yards from us. Just uncalled for. Too bad a place like this caters to personalities that make the experience so much worst. Never again

Tee boxes are beat up & maintenance has been lacking. Employees hitting balls on the range cut in front of us at the turn, they hit 3 balls each on every hole & by the 18th hole they almost hit the wife of the group in front of them which almost lead into a fight on the tee. Probably won't be back for a while.

Not bad at all!

the course is playing a lot better than others in the area (Plantation, river club, buffalo creek).

Greens were rolling true and tee boxes were pure.

Have no input on the Pace of Play, I was the first one out at 7 am.

Definitely a good bang for your buck course.

38-40-78. Cheers.
