I absolutely love the club at Deland! I drive 20 minutes to go to this location versus driving 5-10 minutes to closer clubs. The waffles are my favorite and very affordable plus packed with protein as well as the drinks. Meghan offers new flavors of teas each month so you never get bored of the same menu, can not recommend this place more!

This is a place where I go for education, snacks, community, and health!! The owners are such amazing people and strive to make this a friendly, welcoming, and productive environment.

I have been stopping in for 2 years and every single time is a joy. Their shakes and waffles are great EVERY time- and I can get the protein that I so desperately need!!

Also, I struggle with my caloric intake and getting enough protein in, and Meghan helped me plan HOW to get enough in, ordered the products for me, and helped me get on track!

If you are looking for a non-judgmental and healthy location to ask questions about your health, to grab a snack, to get work done, you need to stop by and check it out.
