To say my wedding day with Amy as our coordinator at the Bay Club was a dream would be an understatement. Not just the execution of my wedding, but the entire experience through brainstorming, planning, rehearsal, and the wedding day itself was flawless. There was never a feeling that we couldn’t tackle anything that came up through our planning (and we had some pretty lofty ideas)!

But really, I know you all want to hear about the execution day of! The ladies got there at 8:30a and were greeted by Amy and her team, smiling and the best snacks in hand. They were gracious enough to make my favorite breakfast to share with my girls and set the bridal suite up for comfort and relaxation…and some get-ready dancing with a speaker! 12p rolls around and the guys arrive. One was missing pants, and Amy happened to be ready to go with a spare and socks for anyone who needed (talk about prepared)! Lunch is served with the most beautiful platters of charcuterie, fruit and sandwiches, not to mention a bubbly bar! The wedding ceremony came around 4p and was set to perfection. Family photos and then we snuck away to the bridal suite for some time alone as husband and wife.

Now, while some might rush you to get out there and start the reception asap, Amy was our rock, our bada** defender and let us soak up the time we needed to have a few bites and a toast together to really take in the fact that we are now husband and wife! Things were relaxed and on our time, but because of her calm demeanor and flawless coordination, our time never once happened to fall behind schedule. But honestly, if it did, we wouldn’t even have known.

We partied for hours with our friends and family and heard endless times just how perfect the venue and setup looked and how this was the most easy-going, smooth-flowing wedding they’d ever been to. None of this would have been possible without Amy running our wedding so incredibly. Truly a day we were able to be so calm and present in and will never forget.

In short, while a wedding CAN mean stress and unsettled nerves, I’ve never felt a more calming excitement than I did on my wedding day. Truly a day beyond my wildest dreams. Thank you Amy!

There are not enough words to express how grateful we are to everyone at the Bay Club, and especially Amy Winkleman, for the experience at our recent fundraising event held Nov, 15, 2024. Her expertise, assistance, wise suggestions and support, as well as her professional friendly manner are a blessing. Everyone was so helpful and went far above expectations to make our fundraiser this year even better than any we have had. We are so grateful for all at the club! Cant wait to come back next year to this beautiful setting, where the view, the great food, and the fantastic staff are!!

I am completely blown away by my entire experience with The Bay Club and Amy. They absolutely went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations for my wedding day - being in the wedding industry myself I had high expectations so this says a lot. Amy was an absolute pleasure to work with, and had all of my details down to a T and left me with nothing to worry about the day of. We did experience a little rain during cocktail hour, but I never knew it was happening because of how well and diligently the staff worked to accomodate everyone. We ended up having the most magical experience - having our dinner and reception outside over looking the water. It was breathtakingly beautiful - and the water gave off the perfect breeze making it extremely comfortable. The banquet staff was INCREDIBLE and so attentive and kind. *And let me say a banquet staff can make or break a wedding!!!!* Amy and her entire team at the club will ensure you are so well taken care of - they made my experience as a bride and on the day of so wonderful and I am so thankful for that. Amy - thank you for everything you did and for going above and beyond to take care of us. I truly felt you cared about our day and your hard work and love for what you do does not go unnoticed. XO

P.S the property and facilities are so well maintained and extremely clean!! Over all 10/10 hidden gem!
