Val is terrific! The clinic is always a fun filled hour. The drills are excellent and really help improve your tennis game. Although there can be up to eight players the drills allow each player to get a lot of play time.
As the drills are conducted Val gives each player tips so you also feel you have some personal attention too. He is fun and easy going - always up beat. Thus far I have done about 7 hours of drills and already feel better about my game. My only suggestion would be to make the clinics 1.5 hours rather than a hour.

I have enjoyed taking tennis lessons with Val. He provides many good techniques, and explains what you do well, as well as how you can improve your skills as you hit each stroke. He is definitely a fun and energetic coach and I highly recommend him for adults who want to improve their tennis skills or get back to playing tennis again.

I started taking tennis lessons with Val during the summers when I was in middle school and continued through high school. It quickly became my favorite sport! Eight years later I reached out to him to get back into lessons and his group clinics are now part of my day-to-day schedule. Not only is he an awesome instructor, but the games and drills he uses are beneficial and fun. I can't think of a better way to get my cardio in! Tennis with Val couldn't be a simpler choice!

Tennis Made Simple is a fun and enjoyable way for the little ones to begin to learn tennis. I couldn't wait for my daughter to be old enough to start. She has fun and is learning the game of tennis with her friends and also making new friends. Val is great with the kids.

Tennis Made Simple (Val) is a very welcoming environment for all skill levels. Val is able to delivery pointers to you in the moment and he does it so well you never feel badly. The drills are perfect and you are in constant movement. I highly recommend Tennis Made Simple!

I have been taking lessons with Val for about a year. He has a great deal of patience for someone like me who needs extra guidance. I LOVE playing and plan on continuing to do so for many years to come. I believe his encouragement and teaching skills are the reason I won’t give up!
