This is an excellent gym in every way - spotlessly clean, filled with lots of equipment so you never get bored, and, most important, a community of friendly and supportive members and great trainers. LP, Jenna, and Jackie are tough and also caring. Their hearts are definitely in their work and you can be assured of a challenging workout. I've been training 1-1 with LP twice a week for the past year and I can honestly say I'm the strongest I've ever been in my 78 years.No workout is ever the same and
I always leave feeling great!

About 8 years ago, my oldest daughter introduced me to Team LP Fitness Playground. I had tried many gyms before and they were such a turn off with the meat heads, and young girls flirting and checking themselves out in the mirrors, I always quit. But, not here! The community is unlike anything I’ve ever felt before! Once you join, you realize you belong. We push each other, we laugh, we groan and moan, but the feeling we get after a workout is beyond amazing! I have dedicated myself to Team LP, and know I won’t stop going. I will soon be 61, and signing up for Team LP, was one of the best choices I made in my life! Thank you LP, coaches and community. I look forward to each workout, 4-5 days per week!

I absolutely love training at LP Fitness Playground! ...for years I was very dedicated and disciplined in my fitness, but then life changes threw me off my rhythm. I then spent a long time looking for a place where I could get back to my disciplined and active lifestyle, bouncing from one gym to another until I serendipitously found LP Fitness Playground. Coach LP has the energy, the enthusiasm, the kindness, and the inspiration factor that I felt I needed, while at the same time inviting me to challenge myself to the nth degree! ...I still have a way to go to achieve my goal of endurance, but day by day I thrive and feel ever more closer to my goals... In the time of COVID-19, Coach LP conducts workouts outside, masks are required and all equipment is routinely sanitized. He provides a safe and clean environment for members. The training sessions are challenging and dynamic. Coach LP puts his heart and soul into each workout which is why he has a long-standing following. Coaches Jenna and Jackie are also fabulous motivators. Coach LP has cultivated a community of some of the nicest, most fun and supportive people you'll meet. I've lost 20 lbs since I joined and I always want to give my best effort .This is the best workout community in Santa Rosa.

I have worked out at Team LP Fitness for ten years now. When I first came in, I had not worked out in eight years. I was out of shape and nervous and intimidated to go to a gym. That is not what I experienced at Team LP Fitness Playground.. Team LP is such a welcoming place to come into and I felt immediately cared for and accepted for where I was in my fitness journey. The other people who work out in the classes with you are so encouraging and fun. I was excited to come and workout because the attitude at Team LP's set the tone for the rest of my day and that was an attitude of joy. LP is so enthusiastic, funny, motivating, and positive. His energy is contagious. The classes go so quickly because they are never the same and never routine. We work out hard in each class but at your own level of what hard is. LP always helps me modify because I have back problems. The atmosphere is really a team. I never felt like I was competing with others at the gym but that we were all in this together - cheering each other on. I went from a person who hated working out to a person who is bummed when I miss a day. If you want a gym, where people are friendly, accepting, encouraging, and supportive then you want to be at Team LP. You will not regret it and while you are getting in shape, you will also be gaining a whole new community of friends.

2/2/21 Update!

Hands down the Fitness Playground, LP and his team take our fitness and our safety as their top priority. I feel safer doing the outdoor classes than I do at the grocery store or any other public location for that sake. I have been a member for a few years now and look forward to getting up and getting my workout done each day. It’s because of the environment, the people, the coaching and the fun challenging workouts that keeps me coming back. The COVID-19 challenges have not changed anything for me in continuing on with my fitness and attendance at the playground. I’m thankful for LP and his Team for putting our Health and Safety first every day. Looking forward to yet another killer workout tomorrow!! If anyone is on the fence about the safety of working out at Team LP Fitness playground...they need not to worry. Hope to see many more new members join this awesome fitness family! CANI ?
