The employees act like they’re doing you a favor to let you play. Never encountered such bad attitudes when I was paying to be there. No wonder many of the transfers from Wappingers just cancelled and I’m sure they’ll lose all of their pickleball business to Hudson Valley when it opens.

Always an issue every time Ive gone there - whether its over charging, under changing (and then billing me later) or simply having the nastiest people working the front desk. Incredibly unprofessional and With attitude from beginning to end. I will never go there again. They have no idea what it means to be in a service business.

Taconic sport camp has been an amazing experience for my son. The individualized attention he receives has not only kept him entertained, but has improved his tennis game dramatically. Highly recommend this 5 star camp!

Taconic Sport and Racquet Club is phenomenal in every way! The pros are brilliant, caring, fun and have such a gift to teach both the adults and children. The programming and management is outstanding, and the members are kind, fun and encouraging at all levels! It is very well maintained both at our indoor courts and outdoor as well. Our family could not be more grateful!

Terrible experience. Made reservation which was confirmed by club but upon my arrival was denied and no attempt to solve, front desk on Fri and sat afternoons arrogant and unhelpful.

Great facilities, with beautiful indoors and outdoors tennis courts. Also has basketball, swimming, weight, etc. All and all a very nice sports facility. It is a little tucked behind a residential area which may cause you to think you are going the wrong way. Nice tennis players and very professional staff.

This is a terrible facility. First of all , to have just four indoor tennis courts in the Northeast is absurd. But they don't seem to have a large membership so you probably can get a court when you need to. As far as the facility , it's probably a good idea to bring your own balls as they are a scarce commodity in this club. You won't get to play a large variety of players as their mixers are usually with the same people & there always seems to be taconic employees thrown in to fill out the court. Very disappointing! Also there's no viewing area to observe people playing as the courts are buried in the rear of the building. Don't even think about getting on the court 5-10 mins before your scheduled start time as the people at the front desk just give you a blank stare. They seem to have only one basket of balls that is pretty much kept under lock & key. I once asked Corey one of the instructors for some balls to warm up with , and he hands me two balls , REALLY? Also , keep an eye on where you park your car as I recently received an email mail from Taconic warning about numerous break ins that have occurred . SAD! I would have given them 0 stars but that wasn't an option.
