This place was a total joke. I normally use a car wash place near my home in Seneca. It's called 'Tiger Wash" and quite honestly it's the Best. Now I know you can't hit the four of a kind / royal flush treatment at anything more than perhaps once, maybe twice in a typical person's lifetime, but I was expecting a decent wash for the money. I'm talking $15 maybe $20 can't remember for sure but the wash itself was poor at best. It didn't even remove the soap off of my truck. Dirt was everywhere and it appeared that the tires and wheels were skipped altogether. Take it from a dumb ole' southern boy... This place ain't no good.
Stay away.
I mean it "Really " was Bad.
Total waste of my money & time.

Brock, who runs this most of the time, cannot recall the other folks & Janelle are all amazing ppl. It is a FAMILY owned & operated business. I have came here for about a year I wanna say… If there is ever an issue, yes because let’s be honest machines malfunction, they are there to fix it in a hurry and also make up for it. I normally do the left side of the car wash which is the touch free soft wash. There are times when I have how do use the other side which is the soft brush wash and not one time have I had an issue regarding any scratches or anything like that.

As long as you don’t mind waiting a few moments if they are busy buffing a vehicle in front of you, they never ask for a tip and they are always quick on their toes when it comes to buffing your car dry and shiny in your tires with your cloths. I never let them do that but often times Janelle and Brock has insisted and I’m so grateful for that service.

Another bit of information is that if you have more than one vehicle, for example our family has two vehicles, that goes under one membership. The ultimate membership is the best but if you want to opt out of tire shine the premium is also great which is what I use on my large vehicle. Their memberships are so reasonably priced and you earn points for upgrades. Which is also a really nice perk.

I appreciate their kindness & love giving to a local family owned business.

They are also in the process of expansion & are going to have another massive carwash next door.

Give them a try. You will not be dissatisfied. 😍

First time coming here and we were pleasantly surprised! Everything is nice clean and high tech! Cheyenne and Brock were super helpful, explained everything since we were new here, and went above and beyond. When our car wasn't completely clean, they sent us back through free of charge to make our experience "perfect," and it was!!! Couldn't recommend it more!

We are new to the Lake Oconee area and needed a place to vacuum our car. We found Suds by doing a quick Google search and I'm so glad we stopped by. It was super clean, vacuum stations were super functional and easy to use. There are even stands where you can clip your floor mats on so you can really get them clean. Will definitely be back.

I was trying the different washes over the past few weeks to decide which membership to buy my hubby for Xmas- the ultimate won and it is amazing! I met the owner,Brock to day too. He is a solid man and when I shared my findings he explained the wax they use is what makes the big difference in the Ultimate wash! Car looks great and my holiday shopping is now complete!!!! The membership is tied to the phones GPS- so now I need to sneak his phone and set him up! Awesome experience!

Love this car wash! We have their monthly plan and it saves us money! I had one issue and they were more than willing to make things right! The family who owns and operates the car wash are nice, helpful and professional!
