Played golf here last week during my vacation. Was iffy after reading a lot of the reviews but decided to check it out on my own. One thing I have to say is the woman at the counter was very nice and helpful and I did read some people she was not nice. I had to rent clubs and everything bc I wasn’t expecting to play in this trip and she helped a lot! Rentals are rentals so can’t expect the best there. Course was in pretty nice shape. There were 3 holes that had fake greens due to them fixing the actually greens. Course is def tight and challenging which was great def keep your eye on where the ball lands if not on the fairway bc the second cut is thick and hard to find. Greens rolled nicely too.
Def should be maybe no higher than 40 due to the amount of fake greens but paid 50 and had a good time out there!

I recently had the opportunity to play at St. Joseph Golf Course, and I have to commend them for their great layout. The course offers a wonderful setting that enhances the golfing experience. However, I did encounter some challenges during my rounds, especially with the greens. They are undeniably awesome but can be a little difficult to navigate, which could make it a bit challenging for players looking for a more relaxed game. On the bright side, the staff at St. Joseph Golf Course were incredibly friendly, making the overall experience enjoyable.

The lady working in the pro shop was extremely nice and helpful. It's a decent course with some fun holes. Most of the greens are in terrible shape though. We haven't had rain in several days, but the fairways and rough were still soggy. I had lots of balls with mud caked on them. The pace of play was slow. I was playing as a single and got stuck behind a group of 5 that was holding up several other groups, so I skipped some holes. According to some other players this is typical on a Sunday afternoon. I would play here again, but it needs some work.

I vacationed in Port St Joe, from Tallahassee) for the express purpose of improving my golf game at 81. Jordan is the only game in town, so I booked 3 lessons with him. The driver was my least favorite club. Now it's my favorite!! Why? Well after hitting a few slices, he made some minor club head adjustments and two swing suggestions and said "pick a target". I picked a tree about 200 yards out. After a handful of straight shots, I HIT THAT TREE!
When I got home, I told my 31 year old daughter the two tips and she saw immediate improvement. Now I'm a hero.

We love going to this course, especially to practice our "long game." The Italian food at the restaurant there is wonderful! The pro at the pro shop is extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well!

A good little golf course that was close to our vacation rental. $25 to play 9 was pretty good deal. It’s a less challenging course and makes for a nice day.

One star is being nice. We only played nine holes thankfully. By far the worst condition of a golf course I’ve ever played. Hopefully the back nine is in better shape than the front. I will say the lady in the pro shop was nice. The course needs major work.

Such a slice of paradise! I ate at Dagwoods today, Patrick was my server and Jesse made my sandwich. They were both such great host and I highly recommend you visit!
