Today we played Spruce Creek CC. The fairways on the front nine were very thin. The back nine were a little better. Tee boxes were very poor. Looks like they had a rough winter. The greens were just rolled and were very fast but true. Today was extremely windy which made a fairly easy course play harder. Bunkers were not raked but you could rake them yourself and replace the ball to get out.
The fly in was a good course to play but their PRICING OF $78 WAS TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY bc of the condition.
Will we be back - not till I hear some good reviews. Mar 6,2025

A great layout without great conditions. To be totally fair, the greens are adequate, however the fairways are very thin and most are hard pan. Tee boxes are not terrible, but not where they should be. The real rub is the cost…$70 to play a less than suitable course for the money. If they are not going to live up to the standards that Spruce Creek should be than charge accordingly.
Played here many times and it was in the past very good, now not so much. Suggest playing Cypress Head instead…..much better value and the course is in great shape!

This course is a great course, it’s not too difficult but it a little challenging. I would have gave it 5 stars but the person who opened the place was quite rude and wanted to charge me $2 cash for a cup of coffee from the members coffee, not credit card but cash only…. I recommend the course but if you’re first to tee off don’t plan on them having coffee for sale unless you have “cash”.

Joined their club for the summer with my wife and we overpaid our membership with a prepaid Medicare Advantage debit card. We were told we would have a 270 dollar food credit but I keep getting the bill for the only 169 dollars that I spent. I have sent four emails over a few months and each time I was told don't worry this will be taken care of. My last email on this past Friday( with manager included) I was assured I'd have an answer this Monday. Still waiting, tired of asking for something you stated and wonder is this how they treat others? Very dishonest and if your looking for a summer pool membership, I would look elsewhere. I guess in this country club, I'm just a nobody.

Course is always in phenomenal shape. Haven't been able to play here in a few months until today and it looks immaculate. Excellent job to the maintenance crew!!

I am a new member. I joined the club to play tennis. The courts are well maintained and everyone has been very nice. However, so far there seem to be very few active tennis players at the club. Hopefully, when snowbirds return, there will be more tennis players participating consistently.
