Great location. Oceanfront room with balcony was awesome. Starbucks on site was a huge benefit. Heres the catch, Be prepared to experience external noise. Bars nearby playing music, people revving their motorcycles at 2AM in the parking lot, people walking above your room at all hours of the day that you hear every footstep. On-site place to eat was booked for a solid 48 hours of our stay. Only valet parking on site. We parked in the free public lot across the street, but a spot wasn't guaranteed. Even with all of that I would still go back, as the location was perfect and I kinda expect some of that noise from any beachfront location that is popular.

Great hotel directly on beach. Very easy access to beach and plenty of dining options around. Very nice comp breakfast with hot and cold options. Nice large rooms. Have had a standard king with and with balcony both were nice and also have tried the corner room with the city view which I really like. It’s huge with a huge balcony and living area.

I stay exclusively at Marriotts 100+ nights per year and this was the one I was most excited for, but the most disappointed in. The hotel is loud in general, but the people above us were screaming, jumping, and running around their room until 1am daily. I called the front desk multiple times the first night. They promised to “send security” each time, but it never improved. So my entire family was woken multiple times each night, the staff didn’t care.

For convenience, we planned to eat a couple meals at the restaurant at the hotel. Luckily we were able to eat dinner there the first night when we got in late, but were not able to the rest of the trip because there were private events. So don’t plan on that amenity being available. It’s sucks having to walk somewhere else in the rain for brunch, to a place the front desk recommended, that didn’t even have brunch…

Overall the staff was ok, at best. Very slow, didn’t actually care. Valet was fast and nice at least. Which is a plus when you force people to use valet.

Overall, terrible experience and we will never be back.

Here we go again!! Right when I thought I've been in the nicest Marriott brand I get here and🤯!! The rooms, the welcome when you pull up everything VIP exclusive!! Alex, you are the man!! Give this man a raise, promotion, something!! If you're looking for luxury and hospitality at finest, come here. Need anything, ask for Alex he'll make sure you're happy and the rest of the staff is so welcoming. I feel like family here!! Thanks again Alex!!

Awesome location. Right on the beach. Service and staff are great. Rooms have a small sitting area and a balcony. The rooms poolside are awful because all the noise echoes but hopefully all will be asleep by 10. The rooms facing north to the parking lot, forget about sleep.
The screaming from people partying was awful and kept us up our 2 nights. Dreadful. Too noisy. The balcony unfortunately, only had one chair so my husband and I could not enjoy it together. Beware, the pool is small and the pool deck is also small. Heated pool that you will be hard pressed to find anywhere. You will not have any quiet time or peace with the families and children running around and screaming. Breakfast is included it was run of the mill selection. Lobby is nice with minimal comfortable lounging chairs. Another downside is that you do not have an option to rent lounge chairs or bikes. One ocean is expensive but you have amenities that when on a vacation for resting it is worth the money. This is a great stop for families or a stop on a road trip. Good walkability. Short drive into town 8 minutes. Near shops and stores, walk to bars, restaurants. We are in Jacksonville often and try the different hotels. Hope this is helpful.

This has become my home away from home, and I absolutely love it here. From valet to front desk staff, everyone has been great. The rooms are amazing and a great place to relax while I work from the balcony or the desk in the room. On breaks, who wouldn't love to just walk out the back right onto the beach? I know I do. The gym is excellent and has more than enough equipment and space to get a great workout in. Last but not least, the Sandbar restsraunt on the 2nd floor is a great place to grab a bite and enjoy the scenery. Overall, very very few hotels can nail service, have an amazing view in a beautiful location, and have super comfortable rooms. I love coming here and can't wait for next months trip back.

I booked this hotel with high hopes for a quiet, clean, and comfortable stay while recovering from surgery at Mayo Clinic. As a person with disabilities, I expected accommodations that would prioritize my needs, but the experience was nothing short of a nightmare.||Upon arrival, I was given a room directly over loud construction, despite having requested a quiet room for my recovery. I was moved to a second room, but that room was over the construction still and in terrible condition. The floor was dirty, the glasses were unclean, and I found hair in the tub. The tub itself was broken, the shower curtain had mildew, and the toilet paper holder was falling apart. To make matters worse, there was toothpaste smeared on the bathroom wall.||The balcony was unusable, covered in bird droppings, and the outdoor furniture was filthy. Adding to my discomfort, the room’s door wasn’t secure—there was a gap at the bottom that let in light and sound from the hallway, making it impossible to rest. I could hear every conversation and noise outside.||On top of the poor conditions, the staff repeatedly asked me to come down to the desk to resolve issues like key cards and room changes. As a disabled person recovering from surgery, this was physically taxing and unacceptable. I was unable to keep making trips to the desk, which only added to the frustration of my stay.||This hotel is not only poorly maintained but also ill-equipped to accommodate guests with disabilities. My experience was stressful and disappointing, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this property, especially if accessibility and cleanliness are important to you.

My experience at the hotel was awesome. The staff is super polite and the hotel is very cleanly and well kept. Anthony especially did a great job with handling my car at valet. He was super quick and well mannered. This hotel really has a four seasons luxury feel.
