My daughter has been cheering with SBD for 3 seasons but it feels like so much longer. We love the family feel of the program and winning championships is a plus. The coaches work hard to ensure the athletes are reaching their full potential. My daughter has become a stronger athlete and I’m so thankful for that. SBD all day, every day! This will be our 3rd year with SBD. We LOVE it here! The entire staff is amazing. The program is amazing. My daughter loves SBD and her coaches. She wouldn’t want to be anywhere else! Since day 1 everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I recommend this program one hundred percent!!!

So my granddaughter has been with SBD for 7 years! The staff is truly amazing, friendly, compassionate, loving, caring, but also demanding, strict and expecting 200% from their athletes. Every year the competition we compete in are challenging and that’s what is needed to be one if the best. They also offer tumbling and privates. It’s an all in one gym ?

My daughter loves it there. She has become more social and enjoying people alot more. This gym has helped her get used to different people which would have been a struggle if I took her someplace else. She has also grown a lot in her skills. This is her second year at the gym.
