They charged my credit card more than two years after a point play session that was booked for my husband (allegedly). How can someone be charged so long after a service if they can’t even verify it? Imagine any other business doing that…

The manager claimed she had tried to contact me but I never received correspondence until I got a receipt email for the charge. It’s terrible business practice to charge someone so long after the fact. Also, it was not under my name yet they charged my card. I disputed it with American Express. Stay away from this place, the pro I worked with while in a clinic there was arrogant and not skilled in teaching or communication whatsoever. It’s also clear the management is unprofessional and unorganized.

What an amazing club! I was in the area on vacation and played with some friends here. The lighting was great, courts well maintained, and teaching staff was very talented (some instructors were working with students next to our court, and we found ourselves watching their talented play and changeovers). I accidentally left a personal belonging of mine which upon calling the club the staff was so incredibly helpful in sending it back to me. So glad I stopped by and will definitely be back :))) Thank you again Louise for all your help!

It's a shame they don't look after the well-being of their clientele. My wife's car was broken into last week and it obvious they have had other robberies before because of the multiple warning signs on the door to the center. The parking lot is poorly lit, there is no security and the outdoor cameras are not working. The woman at the front desk was helpful by letting us use the phone, but it is inexcusable for a club with primary women clientele to not have better protection.

Nice club with serious and professional coaches. John Defilippo in particular is an extraordinarily awesome coach! His focus on helping kids foster a deep passion for tennis is incredible!
