The staff is great here. G helped me get a Snowboard and she did a fantastic job in finding the right board for me. She was patient enough to understand my need and helped me narrow down to 3 different boards which were perfect for me. She definitely knew what she is doing and she is really great at her job. On top of all these she even gave me additional discount by price matching the board. Had one of the best experience buying a board with G's help.

Bought my first pair of skis, boots and poles today! Tourangh helped me from the start to finish, he explained everything so well and so clearly. I didn’t know there were that many factors when it comes to picking out the right boots and skis. Once I finished the selection process and purchased the skis, it only took the staff about 10 minutes to adjust the binding and I was able to walk out with everything! Great experience!

Tom and Andy were absolutely amazing. We have always rented gear and were possibly ready to purchase our own. They made my husband and I confident and excited with our purchase. This location has lots of gear! Some of the cheaper items are just hiding behind the more expensive ones. If you need help in the snowboard section look for Gianna she was awesome. She has lots of knowledge and is very helpful and makes good suggestions. It because of here I have a stomp pad. I'm newer to snowboarding and she made us feel welcomed. She not only helped me pick the right gear but explained why I needed it and I learned so much.

I went to check out the local stock since it's been pretty scarce in the valley. I was warmly greeted by Paul B. in the front, and he asked if I was shopping for anything in particular. He pointed in the general direction to the helmets/goggles (he was the only one in the front, so very understandable). A few moments later, after I was able to try on some helmets, Paul came over and asked if I wanted to test out the goggles with the helmet I was interested in. I was hesitant to open the boxes with the goggles, but he assisted and picked out a few selections within my budget. I was able to get the correct helmet size this time when I was previously mismeasured at another chain store. I was also able to narrow down my choices of goggles from a list of 12 to 2 options (I'm picky about the color options). Paul is an asset to this company, and he deserves recognition. Thank you again for making a stressful situation, enjoyable and informative.

Touraine was awesome. He helped my little guy out pick some boots and bindings. He was super friendly and attentive. We always get solid service from this shop even when it’s slammed busy. Also, glad you’ve moved from Scottsdale to DR!
