Mason is super chill!! He will put you on a work out too! It’s a nice gym and I see the potential it has down the road. Upstairs is my favorite part of the gym.

Current member. Going to have to agree with all the other 1star reviews in regards to customer service. Staff is rude and management clearly doesnt care. Sat down in the managers office to voice my concerns and she actually got up and left the conversation to go and make some visitors walking by her office sign up for memberships. I mean if that doesnt prove that money is more important than customer service, idk what does. Billing issues are frequent. Was charged an "annual fee" on my 2nd month. Also I was never told about any sort of a contract, so how are you already charging me an "annual fee?" Tina at the front desk is the only reason I still come, she is the only one who truly seems to care. You go Tina!

Update 1/4/2020: turns out without discussion I was enrolled into a 2 year $900 contract. PEOPLE PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL BLANKS ARE FILLED AND ASK TO HAVE IT EXPLAINED IN DETAIL BEFORE SIGNING. I would have NEVER SIGNED had I known it was a 2 year deal. You can cancel, but you are obligated to pay the remaining portion of your contract. Not worth $700 to leave now. But knowing I'm contributing $900 PLUS maintenance fees, can you guys buy new mirrors instead of simply duct taping the shattered mirrors? Place needs a serious update.

I have been a member for over a year now, and I can confidently say that it is the best gym I have ever been a part of. The experience here has completely transformed my fitness journey, and I am incredibly grateful for all that this gym has to offer.

I would consider this my second home, but I think I might honestly spend more time there!

I want to leave my review about this club. The club is large enough, now the halls are being renovated, which will open soon, it's great that one of the halls will be opened only for women, there is also a warm pool in the club. Very good price and also the promotions they have, I can go for a week for free to decide if this club is right for me, it's a good idea. The receptionist Jeff is very friendly and caring and creates the atmosphere of this club. I wish you development and grateful customers!

Came from LA fitness and it seems clear all of the one star reviewers complaining of management and them just wanting people's money have never been there.

To start Jeff is the man; he is very personable and accommodating. I was hesitant to sign up because I may be moving far enough that it's not practical to go anymore, and he basically just said if it comes to that he would allow me to cancel my contract.

I had been here in the past and machines/facilities were abysmal, but they are SIGNIFICANTLY better than they used to be. Only reason I couldn't give 5 stars yet is 4pm closing time Saturday and closed on Sunday.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM!!!! I moved and informed them in writing per their "rule" to cancel my membership, MONTHS ago. This was never handled and they subsequently kept trying to charge me. Look at the reviews before mine. I've been to numerous gyms and never had an experience like this. It's no wonder their equipment is outdated and literally rusty. Half their stuff is broken and squeaky. I'll make sure to let the fitness community in town know to stear clear of this run down spot. And yes, I'm pretty active in this community, attend events and will be extremely vocal. The purpose of the fitness lifestyle is to uplift each other. This place is a dump. I now have to take time out of my day to deal with their B.S. ---DO NOT SIGN THEIR B.S. CONTRACT!!!!!!!!

This is the best gym I have ever been a member of. My husband and I both became members when we moved in the area, and the owner has always been extremely friendly. I love the morning cycling classes! The racquetball courts are also awesome to play on before workouts, and nd they are nice and private. We are moving and I'm so sad to be leaving this gym because it's a huge hassle to find a new gym all over again. When we became members the owner answered every question or concern we had with paperwork, and she gave us time to look over paperwork before making our final decision!

I was a member for almost 3 years. I can honestly say this gym is terrible. Run down broken machines. A couple good classes but limited times. What finally made me leave was the poor customer service and inability to reach anyone to make changes to my account...after 3 weeks, 10 calls, and 2 emails someone called me. Not sure about you but I do not have that kind of time in my life to deal with a company that is that disorganized. It seems like they are in a constant state of change and management. You think its bad and then are hopeful for new management that comes in but it unfortunately just gets worse. Its not even about the money its about dealing with people who care, and they do not. I would not recommend becoming a member here.
