Made a reservation a week in advance for my birthday. Get to the place and the staff says the jet ski crew wasn’t there. We waited for 20 minutes for them to get a hold of him. Once he answers he says there’s no record of our reservation, that he wasn’t going to come in, and he wasn’t apologetic at all. Ended up having to make a reservation at a different place in Oxnard and they said this place doesn’t show up a lot. Wouldn’t recommend unless you make sure to get an email or some sort of confirmation, so unprofessional.

Called them several times, emailed them, and even texted them trying to set up a reservation to rent a boat, but never got one response or reply back from them. Not worth wasting your time with this company.

Did this last year and had an amazing time with the family. The owner was very kind and the experience was well worth it. Clean equipment that is very well maintained compared to most rental places.The sights were incredible and we saw dolphins!

SoI reserved 1 jet ski for myself and my boys. The dude that was managing the jet ski’s is a total asshole… This was my kids 1st experience and I have a 10 year and a 14 year old. So I told him that I will take both my kid in turn. He was a bit antsy but he said ok. So I took my oldest first and apparently when I was coming back I didn’t come back from a turn, and this guy turned against us. Thus ruining our day. They are extremely high price as well. But don’t go here. The guy who dealt with us was racist…

Had the best time of my life, the guys running the place are awesome, very friendly and helpful. We rented jetskis one day and a boat the next. Really was the highlight of the trip. And the rates are super affordable, all around great experience, highly recommended.

My experience was great. Boat was clean, well maintained, and perfect for riding around the Santa Barbara harbor. The staff was friendly to my family as well. We will be back.
