Best value in the area. Generally almost empty. I know people seem to like to pay 2-3 times the rate to work out in a more updated room, but I'm just here to workout and sweat, not worried about my selfies.

For the money they charge for this place you would think that people are allowed to run. It’s a gym, don’t you are supposed run and exercise at gyms

Great fitness center with great options for getting your workout 💪. Has everything you need to get the job done. The free weight/machine section isn't huge but it definitely has good options. Spent my last 3 days here and I was able to do everything I needed. Their staff, more specifically Christopher was very friendly and awesome to deal with. They are also the most affordable gym in town, all the others are way overpriced for guest passes. Highly recommend

The staff at the Sandestin Fitness Center was amazing! They helped me and my friend get the best deal on membership for the 2 weeks we were there, and had all the equipment we needed: A rack, smith machine, dumbbells, assisted pull-up, cable machines… It was the perfect solution to needing a gym on vacation. We also used their saunas (very well kept up) and locker rooms daily.

Great gym. Has everything you would need. Christopher is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Several classes available along with personal trainers. I’m glad I found it; it’s a good find. Highly recommended. Oh! And the spa in the back has a whirlpool, dry sauna and wet sauna. Also has showers. 👍💪🏼

The facility is very large and they have lots of equipment for just about any workout you would want to do. They have a cardio room with ellipticals, treadmills, and Stairmasters. They also have a a yoga room with lots of floor space and a tall ceiling if you like to jump rope. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed talking to them. They offer different packages for guests that did not book through the resort (it's free if you do book your stay through the resort). The one we got was a 14 visit pass that cost $85. Multiple people can use the pass at once, it will just use that number of visits off of the pass. For example, 3 people can go at once and use the same pass but it will use 3 of the remaining visits on that pass.
