Went back to Sam's Club again and it was wonderful. I keep kids for people sometimes because I'm old and I love kids. I take them to Sam's Club because they will love the all meat pizza and those hot dogs. And I really enjoy it when James and Diamond are there. Those two employees are very sociable, very polite and very fast. They will make good managers. Sam's Club has definitely the best cafeteria in town and you don't have to have a card to go to the cafeteria. My single friends love to go there to Sam's Club cafeteria.

Still waiting on a reply from literally ANY staff member of Sam’s Club. Is this how I can get a response? This is what they sell you. Two day old salad with slimy and decaying lettuce. Even the ‘healthy’ looking romaine… don’t bother eating it. I guarantee they do not wash the produce. Let’s just say it’s a good thing my husband and I have 2 bathrooms in our house because the next day we were both sick and having horrible diarrhea. And seriously, how are premade salads allowed to be on the shelf for up to FOUR DAYS?! I’ll be sharing this on social media next if I am still not contacted about this. Disgusting and shameful.

I am speaking of Sam's Club as a business. I recently had money withdrawn from my bank account for a membership renewal that was incorrect. I reached out to customer service on 2 different occasions and received no help whatsoever. I disputed the charges with my bank and was informed that Sam's Club would need to address the issue. I have received no help in this matter and Sam's Club has not responded at all with a solution. Very disappointed with how they handle grievances. I would not recommend this corporation to anyone due to lack of ability to correct mistakes made by the corporation.

The Sams Club in Dover DELAWARE gas prices are extremely high. Higher then surrounding gas stations.
This has been a problem for several months. Please correct asap.

Some brainlit decided to implement a new policy, using (I assume) AI and cameras, requiring shoppers to transfer ALL items from one cart to another. This includes heavy items that someone here expects for the shoppers themselves to be able transfer, without or with assistance. This creates two problems that I can immediately foresee: 1) Elderly, disabled, or otherwise handicapped shoppers will now be expected to transfer items from one cart to another - an impossible task for some. 2) This new policy will significantly slow down the checkout process, as there is now an extra step to the process - again, this is especially troublesome for the aforementioned groups. This is all without first hiring the additional staff needed for this policy change, at least for my usual location, but I can't imagine many others besides brand new stores are going to have hired the necessary staff. In short, the brainlit(s) wants shoppers to do the job of staff members at self-checkout, rather than remove the self-checkout points to replace them with standard, staffed checkout points. Someone actually thought this was a good idea and or wouldn't have serious complications for Sam's Club, both physically and legally. I swear the people running these companies are the most out of touch individuals in existence, and the problem has only gotten worse in recent years.

I live 2 hours from the nearest Sams Club. And I am posting this on the HQ location because I am sure someone there made these good decisions: 1. We switched to sams from costco a couple of years ago for one reason. Curbside pickup. We have little kids and it is so much easier to not have to go in. 2. a year ago we switched to a plus membership. game changer. amazon packages have all started coming via surepost instead of to my door. my local post office is so swamped that it takes 30 minutes of waiting in line to pickup a package. All of sams club packages come straight to my door. I now always check to see if I can buy them at sams first. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Purchased as a gift a new
HP laptop December 21, 2023. Upon opening and activating and registering, it was found to be a used laptop registered to another customer. Have spent hours trying to remedy this. It's been like a football game, passing the ball to everyone else. Not one positive resolution.Sams club policy of good customer service has gone down the drain! Rethinking membership!
