I went specifically for the restaurant. The restaurant was very nice on the inside as well as very good views of the golf course. The service could have been improved on but I believe they might have been short handed at the time. The food was above average and was good for the price we paid. I would come here again.

One of my absolute favorite places to golf. Beautiful nature and friendly staff!! If you are anywhere near Copperopolis and enjoy golfing this should be your go to place!!

Gorgeous views, friendly staff. We played 2 days after historic rainfall and you could drive onto the fairways, so good drainage. My only complaint is the course ratings. This one of the most difficult courses I've played and the ratings don't seem to match. If you stay in the fairways, not much of a problem but if you push or pull bring lots of balls and be prepared for a high score.

We had a peaceful, quiet and wonderful relaxing stay overlooking the beautiful green alongside the large pawn. The bungalow was great and like new, well stocked will a fireplace. The restaurant is always first class with wonderful food and service. Thanks

We take a lot of golf trips but never have we witnessed such great service and attitudes from staff. Yes the golf course is fantastic and the rooms comfortable and food was above average. But Service is what ties it all together. Example: they opened the restaurant 20 minutes early so we could have breakfast. The staff in the pro shop and golf course actually and genuinely welcome you. Congrats to the leadership and staff for running a fantastic facility. We will be back!!

My family stayed at the Saddle Creek Resort while we were attending a wedding. This place turned out to be an unexpected surprise. The golf resort has several small bungalows that it rents. We stayed in one near the main building and it was quite nice. The units do show a little wear but overall, they are very nice units. The scenery around the properties is beautiful. I would recommend staying here if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the real world. This place is very quiet and peaceful. It has a great location in the Sierra foothills in the gold country. Bring your family along, they will love it!

I was invited to stay at the Saddle Creek resort for a business function where I was giving a talk. I must admit the 2 nights cost me nothing and do not know what it would have. The drive from SFO was just under 2 hours I stayed in a beautiful stand alone cottage overlooking the golf course. It had 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living room and 2 patios. The place was impeccably clean and finishes were very nice. I had dinner with the group in the main dining room, and the food was very good, not quite gourmet offerings, but very good particularly since it was banquet style for our group of ~30. The golf course was well maintained, challenging and set among the rolling foothills of the Sierra Mountains. Would loved to have stayed several days and explore the area.
