I went with a group of my friends to celebrate a birthday. The class was awesome! 4 out of the 6 of us had no Pilates experience, but the instructor made us all so comfortable! It was fun, a great workout, and we all left wanting to come back again soon!

I started brand new to the Pilates world which can be quite intimidating but Gayle and Heather made me feel cared for right away and have got me hooked for life. Their compassion for injury, attention to detail, sweetness and care is wonderful. I am so grateful for Gayle and the support and loving energy she brings to my life. The customer service is non-existent.
I went online to book a class for my friend and I. The schedule did not show how many slots were left, which I think is a problem in itself, and when I booked one slot, I was not longer able to book a second one. I was unable to go to the class because I had a friend with me. I tried calling to studio for a week to either change my booking or get a refund and not only did I never get an answer, but the voicemail box does not work.

Gayle is a phenomenal instructor and business owner. This studio has its own welcoming community that I have yet to find in the area. Not only does Gayle care to know your name the moment you walk through the door, she remembers it for the rest of your life. I have done years upon years of yoga as well as reformer Pilates all around the world. Ruby Pilates is at the very top of the list. She helped me (and everyone else) fall in love (neigh, dare I say become obsessed) with technique and progression through her creative instruction and eye for detail of movement. My main goal for going to Pilates was to get back in shape after 3 years of being a COVID blob. I came across the studio by just walking by and so glad I did! I’ve been able to strengthen my body, improve my posture 10 fold (no more tech neck hump!) and bring balance to my muscles - not to mention no more aches and pains. 8 months of Pilates with Gayle and I was able to surf again just this past week, but better than I ever have. You will not regret your first class or your 80th. Just do it.

A truly incredible studio - with the most knowledgeable owner / teacher Gayle. She’s a true gem - welcoming, helpful, and makes me laugh the whole time. Classes are consistently challenging and fresh, and I leave sore in the best way. I can tell that a true Pilates community is forming here!

Had my first ever Pilates class at this beautiful, new studio and it was fantastic! Gayle made me feel very comfortable and was an excellent instructor. The class was challenging, but fun, and I was amazed at how targeted and well rounded a 60 minutes workout could be! I feel great and am excited to go back.

I'm so happy to have Ruby Pilates on Main Street in Sebastopol. Gayle is a welcoming, highly skilled, attentive teacher who makes classes challenging and fun. The studio is airy and clean with brand new equipment. There are options for every level. I feel amazing after working out there. My posture is improved and my mood is lifted.
