If you’re not taking classes at Rise n Ride, you’re seriously missing out! Sasha has created THE BEST indoor cycling classes in the area and such an amazing, diverse community of people. I’ve found a new excitement for exercise with her affordable, music-driven strength training, and it’s my favorite thing to do with friends of all ages. A great place for quality spin classes. All the classes, and instructors are high-energy and they make beginners feel extremely welcome.
Sasha is incredible, inspiring instructor,she is the best!!The rides challenge me yet I have an absolute blast. The messages during the rides are a combination of inspiring and meditative, all around awesome soul food! I feel better body mind, spirit! Thank you! Mission Accomplished!

Favorite place ever! My friends and I have been taking classes for a while now and it’s just as challenging and fun as the first time. Sasha welcomes everybody with open arms and is absolutely AMAZING at what she does. I never walk out feeling defeated, only encouraged and satisfied. Which in my opinion is the best part of Rise N Ride. I highly HIGHLY recommend taking a class and supporting this business. It’s the best!

Finally a spin class nearby! The instructors are awesome and the atmosphere is perfect. I have tried multiple at home workouts, gyms, and other spin classes but this is one of my favorite ones I’ve been too. After 3 weeks I could tell my endurance and body are already changing. Great music and a great vibe! Sasha (the owner) is very knowledgeable!

Finding a local and welcoming place to try something new has always been hard to find. Look no further this cute little indoor cycling is perfect to try! I was extremely nervous and unaware how it would go. But the instructors are all very friendly and informative.Sasha and Madison are fantastic strong women and help you make it through the ride! Also, it is a great way to meet other people men and women in the area to potentially build friendships with. The motivation and atmosphere here is addicting and like an adrenaline rush. It’s definitely worth the try especially with the first ride being FREE! I’m so thankful I found this awesome little place and the great people I’ve already met.

I’ve taken spin classes before, but I was not expecting what I get from this one. Sasha is welcoming and knowledgeable, but that’s the least of her skills. She motivates and empowers you all while giving you a challenging workout. Sometimes you don’t even realize how hard you’re working because she is building your mind and soul while you’re trying to breathe. Everyone in the classes is friendly and welcoming, and I was comfortable immediately. There are a variety of classes to choose from, not just an hour on the bike and the first class is free, so you’re not losing anything for trying one, but I promise you, you will be gaining so much more than just a workout.
