Annual fees are a bit steep, while membership requirements for pool access don’t appear to be enforced. This allows for unauthorized access to all the pools by community guests. Bathrooms have been missing windows and screens for years allowing for critters and rain to get in, while also diminishing privacy. Heated pool on Bay Drive needs to have its light bulbs replaced to promote swimming during hours of darkness. Finally, it is always difficult to find a time and space for paying members to swim when all the pools are being used by camps, coaching, swim team, etc. throughout the Niceville area. Are these people paying a usage fee? Perhaps the town of Niceville should consider building an Aquatic Center and keep the Bluewater Pools for paying residents in the community.

The pools and bathrooms are older, but very well kept. They are clean and in good condition. The poolside furniture is newer and there are plenty of places to sit either in the sun or shaded areas. The pools in BWB are an excellent alternative to going to beach for locals. It is great to be able to take the kids to the water to play and not have to worry about the crowds in Destin or the sand that gets dragged back.

Been pool members for 3 years . Yearly fees are between $500-1000 per family, depending on if it’s your first year with the initial joining fee. No military discounts available . Bathrooms are decrepit at both Bay Dr and Woodlands locations. Usually with no toilet paper and at least one of the two sinks not functioning. There is no first aid kit at Bay Dr, Not even an ice pack for when children fall. They know they have a monopoly in the area and totally abuse it. Will not be rejoining next year . Regretting we joined this year .

Just rented a lot to keep my boat stored. Last checked my boat on Monday and then checked today (Wed) and engine was stolen. It had a chain and lock but didn't deter anyone. Has been reported but would suggest avoiding this storage area run by Recreation Svcs, Inc. They have an office at the pool and storage area in nearby area. No lights, no security. Stay away.

I have had family membership for years. There are 3 pools in the membership. The main Bay Drive pool, the Woodlands pool, and the Gleneagle pool. Your membership card lasts a year, and every year they use a different color for the card.

The owner of this business sells both memberships to local swim teams and also individuals! The individuals are kicked out constantly by the local swim teams! This makes the individual pass holders unable to use the pool! It has been this way for years and the problem goes unaddressed. DO NOT BUY A POOL PASS TO THIS PLACE!

Don't keep your boat here, or anything you don't want stolen. 2014 new Sea hunt with new 250 yamaha stolen last April. Recovered in north georgia stripped. No lights, no cameras, and people leave the gate unlocked.
