We absolutely love the Rancho Bernardo Swim and Tennis Club! I bring my son here often to swim, and it's always a great experience. The pool is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is perfect for families.

There's a real sense of community here, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's a fantastic place to relax and spend quality time together. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great spot to swim and unwind!

Gym has new equipments and updated models. Facility is clean, keeps the temp cool and pleasant for work out. The pool areas are clean as well.

Swimming pools/1 for babies/under 21 yrs/1 for over 21. Great idea. Always clean water in pools & jacuzzis. Also sauna, showers, hair dryers,& lockers available. Being greeted at the entrance gate by NICE employees is SO GREAT. It adds a memorable touch & makes you feel actually welcomed.

I made an agreement for a my sons 18th birthday celebration on Dec. 16 and paid deposit 3 weeks in advance and paid the remainder 2 days befor my event ! When we got there the room was not cleaned. Thrash cans were full and plastic bottles were on the counters. Food was left in the refrigerator with very little room for our items. The workers only set up tables and chairs that we requested.
.During the event multiple times people interuppted our event and walked through the room and take their stuff from kitchen and refrigerator . When we were removing our supplied tableware and other items. Staff offered to unlock side door for easier removal. The manager came and berated the guest of honor for using the door staff offered. The manager should have spoken to the parents who rent the room. Called the manager to discuss our issues and stated he was busy and couldn’t respond. As of this date he has not reached out to me. Overall experience was poor and unsatisfactory.
