Llegamos al hotel por la noche, Mis dos hijos y yo. La habitación era terrible, el hotel en sí era terrible, pues estaba todo muy sucio.||La habitación tenía arañas en todas las esquinas del techo, claramente la limpieza escasea. Estaba plagado de cucarachas y la moqueta es de película de terror. El baño súper viejo y la bañera desgastada y sucia que no me bañaría allí ni aunque me paguen. ||Una humedad o no se que sería en el techo...llevé a la recepción en un pañuelo varías cucarachas que matamos en la habitación, la chica dijo que hablaría con su manager cuando abandonamos el hotel a las 6 y algo de la mañana. Ademas, a pesar de echarnos repelente de insectos, mi hijo pequeño y yo nos levantamos con picaduras de a saber que insecto. Ni una llamada, ni un email, ni nada de nada y reservamos con choiceprivileges, no a través de nadie. ||||Absolutamente a nadie recomiendo este hotel, es de los peores que he estado. Si no llega a ser, porque era de noche y tarde e iba con dos niños...me hubiera ido a pasar la noche al coche. Un horror que además costó 84,50$.

Si bien hemos visitado en estos días hoteles más costosos cuya presentación se leían “desayuno incluido “ no obtuvimos desayuno real “ café y pastelitos” o nada más que un café. esto aún en hoteles donde anteriormente en otros viajes nos dieron un buen desayuno, pero acá el trato de recepción, la excelente atención en el restaurante al desayuno 🍳 además de un buen desayuno nos sorprendió. Mil gracias y súper recomendado si visitan Americus, lleguen a este hotel. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻☀️💫

Although we have visited more expensive hotels these days whose presentation read "breakfast included" we did not get real breakfast "coffee and pastries" or nothing more than a coffee. This even in hotels where previously in other trips they gave us a good breakfast, but here the reception service, the excellent service in the restaurant at breakfast 🍳 as well as a good breakfast surprised us. Thank you very much and highly recommended if you visit Americus, come to this hotel. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻☀️💫

The rooms were really nice and clean. They did not have any kind of fruit or breakfast options for regular customers. The only thing they had was a restaurant that had limited items to eat; only a free breakfast for Choice Rewards customers and not regular customers. I suppose regular customers had to pay for The Limited breakfast; we even had to ask for our orange juice.

Amazing staff, great hotel, the 5 star reviews are right.
We just arrived tonight after several hours driving in. Went to the hotel we had originally booked and found out it was an instant “no”. After looking at other options we decided to try our luck here, couldn’t ask for a better experience. Upon arrival we were met by Mayra at the front desk and she set the bar incredibly high for our stay. She personally made sure our room was going to be perfect for our stay and went above and beyond for us. If she’s an example of the rest of the staff here, they’re all top notch. Mayra, thank you for making our stay.

Hotel is in bad need of repairs. No upkeep performed at all. The morning clerk is completely useless. Walked in to check out and she just sat there, I finally had to speak to her and then she acted like it was a bother to check me out. I was checking out early and she hasn't checked me out yet so I'm gonna have to call her manager and get it straightened out. Don't stay here unless you have no other choice. I used to stay in Choice hotels all the time but they have went downhill so bad it's not worth staying at them unless there's no other option

My wife and I were brought here by hurricane Milton. We waited late to book and had few options. I noticed this place had a 3.9 stars google average. I doubted the truth of this , but was encouraged to see this.
I am pleasantly surprised . The room is very clean and everyone treated us with a very accommodating attitude. Carolyn the housekeeper who was on my floor made it a point to try and help us , and had a friendly smile and attitude.
Suddenly the microwave control panel no longer controlled the microwave. The owner Mr.Patel immediately brought us an exchange and swapped it out himself, which included moving a heavy piece of furniture.
For this price I would have been happy with just clean!
Mr Patel has a culture of caring for his patrons going on here! I highly recommend this Quality Inn Americus!!
