The STPGA HOPE and Stand Up and Play Foundation San Antonio Chapter appreciate the generous donations received the team at Patriot Golf for our 4th Annual Veteran's Day Golf Clinic. The money raised will go a long way in making golf inclusive for all abilities. We are building our fleet of VertiCat solo riders to better serve the San Antonio community. Thank you again! I ordered clubs Aug 13th, with delivery 3-4 weeks. Shortly after a received an email saying an additional 2 weeks. Given that would be early Oct, golf season is close to over in the Pacific Northwest. I cancelled Aug 19th. Very similar (poor) experience. Endless calls, emails, guarantees the refund will be processed “next week” for sure. Nope. Finally dawned on me to contact my credit card company for help. Filed a claim, and presto my credit card was refunded Nov 26th. So it took 13 weeks for refund, and I feel like one of the lucky ones. My suggestion is to note every call, and keep all emails. And contact your credit card company for help.

Carol Reyna has been wonderful to work with and very supportive of our fundraising efforts, providing a set of fairway woods for our raffle efforts. I highly recommend this company and gracioulsy thank them for their continued support.
2023 update: year two fundraiser was a success. Carol and Patriot golf have been stellar supporters of our cause to raise awareness of prostate cancer early screening and raise funds for global research through the Prostate Cancer Foundation! I am grateful for their past support and look forward to year three in 2024!

I was looking for some woods and came across Patriot golf. What caught my eye is it is a big supporter of Veterans. From employees to charities, I liked what I saw and read. I am so happy I ordered through them because these clubs, fairway woods and driver, are absolutely amazing. The way they look, and feel is awesome. If you are looking for some new clubs, I would highly recommend Patriot Golf. Not just because of what they stand for or support, but for the product they produce. Patriot Golf is not a knock off company but rather a legitimate club manufacturer.

I just got off the phone with one of their representatives. Most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. I called about their free iron promo. The guy on the phone explained the promotion. He then asked about my preference when it comes to flex. He recommended the stiff shaft and then asked me what kind I wanted. I said I was not sure because I do not swing the club that fast. I was looking for a recommendation from an expert. Instead the representative on the phone told me “ I sounded like I was out of it”… excuse me? What kind of comment is that? This person has no business representing your company unless that is how you represent yourselves? Do you make accusations about disabled veterans too? I will never buy from you and I will tell everyone I know who plays golf how you treat your customers. No wonder people buy their clubs from other countries. What a joke. So much for patriotism.

I am running a charity event for The Salisbury Senior Golf Club. I contacted Patriot Golf as a potential sponsor. They were kind enough to donate some equipment that will be used as raffle prizes. This company is very responsive and generous. Their equipment that I have used in the past compares well with other brand name equipment but at unbelievable prices. I recommend them for your golfing equipment. Five stars*

Carol was fantastic. We are a 501 (C)(3) who flys vets to D.C. to view the memorials erected in their honor. The only way we can fly 6 flights a year is through outstanding donations for our annual auction/raffle. Thank You again Patriot Golf for your support of our veterans.

All the reviews about the returns were spot on. It was a hassle of a process. I could not give them one star because I did get my account credited and I got to keep the Driver and golf balls.

From ordering to date of refund was many months. Probably best to avoid the free club offer.
