What a great bike! I bought this bike about three weeks ago, and I absolutely love it. Small town feel big city selection!

So I have been coming in here with my best friend since they were Sky. You are always welcome to come in and see all the bikes. I love how every single time I walk in the door someone at least acknowledges me even if they’re super busy. The floor people seem to be well trained on reading guests because if I look like I just want to look with zero intention of buying, they can tell. If I have a question and do the “where’s the sales person” look, someone notices. Every time.

Due to some circumstances I got out of the bike life for a while and wanted to get back on 2. When the 40th anniversary ninja line hit I was immediately drawn in (I’ve been a Honda guy for a long time.). After seeing the price points and reality of my life, I decided the ninja 500 se anniversary was going to be the perfect fit. I came by a couple times and sat on the bike but didn’t pull the trigger. Still no pressure. Finally we decided to do it and Chris and and finance department worked diligently, but I got cold feet. Again, zero pressure or hard feelings nothing but respect.

Friday my best friend came in to pick up parts and saw the helmet that matches the 40th anniversary paint scheme and noticed it was my size (Lg) and knew that Aria discontinued it so it was one of the last larges anywhere. She conceived me it was time.

Saturday we spoke to Chris who got the deal put together even on a crazy busy day. I arrived just before my friend (whom they know well) and I was greeted like always.

I reviewed the deal and the package with the matching helmet was so good there was nothing to complain about or try to negotiate. The extra fees were realistic and fair and the price of the bike was one of the lowest in the country. (There were a couple bikes listed $275 lower but I was t going to Nebraska or BFE Illinois.)

The parts/apparel guy was super nice and friendly (forgot his name, younger guy). The finance guy was really nice and even when I said “no add-ons” politely said “let me just tell you about this one” and he told me I could extended my factory warranty out to 5 years for under $600. Not a service contract but extended warranty. (Service contracts I hate and can be a pain.). Raised my payment like $13 for $0 deductible unlimited miles piece of mind. ABSOLUTELY worth it imo!

We finally finished almost an hour after they closed. I asked what time they closed as I expected it was 6 and was shocked it was 5. NO ONE seemed antsy to run out the door since they closed 45 mins earlier.

Long story short: these guys are the real deal and amazing, but with one caveat: just be upfront and honest with them from day 1. 6 months ago they didn’t care I backed out of buying the bike because they knew I’d be back eventually. And I did. Solid business is built on repeat customers and word of mouth. It is abundantly clear to me that the upper management is top notch because that’s how you have happy employees.

Idk if I’ll buy another bike anytime soon but I only have ONE dealer of if I do. Pasco Powersports.

What a great experience! My husband and I walked in on a Saturday morning and were quickly greeted by the staff. We went in knowing what we were looking for. A jet ski that we had done research on. The sales team left us alone as we looked. Upon finding our new purchase we approached the sales manager ( or owner?) Scott who introduced us to Chris. Chris was amazing! Super friendly and efficient. We told him to get the ball rolling on purchasing said jet ski and off we went. The whole process was easy and white glove service from sales (Chris)to accessories (Dylan- amazing! ) to the awesome guy in service( I can’t remember his name but he was awesome as well!) to finally signing the papers for our new toy ( Tyler- so smart). They even delivered it to us the same day- literally 2 hours later! We will recommend this team to all we know! Thanks guys! See you on the water!

Short Review: Pasco Powersports is amazing from start to finish. If you are even remotely considering buying something they offer, go in there & talk to them, you won't regret it. I just got a Polaris Slingshot & the experience from beginning to end was the best buying experience I've ever had.

Longer Review: I reached out online a couple weeks ago to inquire about pricing for a 2023 Polaris Slingshot. I had looked all over FL & it was the only one I could find that fit what I wanted. My first interaction was with Carter & he got me all the info I needed before I drove over & even made sure to let me know the vehicle was still there before I made the nearly 3 hour drive to see them. He was never pushy, but was responsive to my numerous emails. Upon arriving, Carter introduced me to Travis (my salesman). When you go to buy a vehicle, I think everyone dreads the typical salesman (pushy & fast talking). Travis quickly & consistently put me at ease throughout the whole process. He provided me all the info I needed, allowed me to do a test drive & was very clear about every step so I knew what to expect. He never made me feel pressured, but kept the process moving along. Once I made the decision to buy, I was even further impressed as I was brought around to accessories, service, finance, etc. I got to meet Dylan, Josh, Tyler, Chris & Ryan. Along every step of the way I felt valued & like I was the only person in the building. All my questions were answered & I ended up driving away driving a vehicle that was once only a dream for me. I cannot recommend Pasco Powersports highly enough. From the top down, these guys are on another level. Go check them out today.

I was so pleasantly surprised to find a dealer this cool, honestly. From the minute I inquired online, to the first step I took out of the front doors being the proud owner of the first brand new vehicle in my life (although not my first bike), I never ONCE felt pressured or pushed to make that decision.

Exceptionally clear, concise, and transparent deal making here as well. No hidden fees, no wild stories, etc.

I jumped on the order they made for me here because not one dealer in this area would've gotten me riding at the price Pasco Powersports gave me, especially not with the same classy service.

Dylan, Jeff, Chris, Scott, Tyler, and Grace are top tier service and salespeople. Dylan took me in over the internet when I asked why/how their price for my new MT-09 was so agreeable, and he just said, in essence, they're cool like that! I can roll with it LOL!

They didn't take any offense or look at me any differently when I told them I financed with my employers' credit union and not them. Jeff sat down, looked at my buyers' order, and told me flat out to buy that bike right now. I couldn't have agreed faster. Far and away the best price I could find locally on a frankly somewhat scarce and hyped up model. I was truly convinced it was a demo model for the price I paid, but I saw it myself, 0 miles and out of its' shipping crate for like, 2 weeks.

I think I walked in at like, 2:45pm or 3pm, and I walked out the door and drove away by 6pm or 615ish. Only cause I enjoyed their company and their enthusiasm to entertain all my questions and offer their personal experiences / etc. I am blown away buying a vehicle could be this stress-free, and down to earth. I don't believe I met the owner but it seems like they read these reviews. To you, I say I hope you keep up what's going on there!

As for me, I can't wait to take delivery of my new MT-09 and get on the road!!
