Paragon Body is the BEST place to get a great workout. I can see results in my son who trains with Cal. He is getting stronger, growing in his understanding of the gym and how to work out, how to feel good posture and form while he’s working out… but more than anything else, the workout environment is uplifting, motivating and encourages a positive mindset to grind towards your individual goals. Paragon Body is simply amazing. The owner Jordan, his brother Cal and their team of personal fitness trainers are remarkable. They tailor a workout program specifically to your needs and desires to get you the results that you would like to attain. I wanted to gain muscle, get super toned and get down to a lower body fat. We set forth a time goal of 6 months and I achieved my goal in approximately 4 months. They are extremely knowledgeable with respect to training and nutrition and they have a beautiful fully equipped gym. These guys are the real deal and there is not doubt that they will motivate you and get you where you want to be in no time. I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

Paragon has absolutely the BEST crew you’ll ever meet! Kind, considerate, caring, they absolutely know their stuff but the best part is the banter and humor! Top notch humans. I love Adrian best but don’t tell anyone.

If you need body work, Frankie is absolutely the guy. Amazing energy and insight, thoughtful and incredibly caring.

The gym is clean and tidy and it’s never over crowded with people, which is a massive plus for me. They have all the equipment you could wish for. Music is almost always spot on until someone plays country 😉

Jordan Cook is an amazing personal trainer. He really understands your strengths and individual needs, and caters to those, while making the work out fun and engaging through conversation. I had some sessions with the other trainers, and they were great as well. They are all extremely knowledgeable, and observant. The facility is clean and well-equipped.
